The company does not have enough staff. The leadership is good, but the way things are managed is bad. Management is sometimes unorganized, which is worsened by the lack of employees. I think the biggest problem with this company is the lack of staff. I suggest hiring enough staff to make things more efficient and reduce stress from current employees.
