Good experience of children climbing frame / swing/ slide set
Marianela was very nice to speak and supported me through my purchase on the phone and email as I needed. Delivery team were very nice and put the kit to be assembled in the garage for me. One part of the process is going through the checklist of items that has been delivered before you can book the install to make sure everything is there. I am not being critical of this I can see that it is 100% necessary just letting future customers know the journey. Booked installation date easily. Henrik was my installer. He arrived on time and got stuck straight in. He worked hard all day and did an excellent job. At the end he gave us advice and advised that should any issues arise now or in the future to contact him or the service to get it resolved. It's reassuring for such an item that you have someone to call for potential repairs / service as needed. Kids love it. Thanks to Marianela, Henrik, and Active Gardens.

Excellent from start to finish
Very helpful and knowledgeable information from my very first contact, answering all my questions and giving me confidence. Some timber was damaged during delivery but it was replaced within a day to ensure installation was not compromised. The installation by Henri was incredibly efficient- he has clearly installed many of these!

You will not be disappointed
I needed very specific advice about a swing for my profoundly disabled child.
The company spent time with me discussing different options and even suggesting ways I could keep the price down.
The equipment arrived when they said it would and erected a few days later.
My child was overjoyed to finally be able to swing like all his friends.

First Class Experience
Working with Active Garden was a breeze, we are so thrilled with our climbing frame and our daughter loves it too. Ordering was easy, Marianela was very responsive and helpful over email.
