I was looking to host a 7DTD server for friends over the holidays and I went with the cheapest hosting I found.
The world generator did not work properly. Neither for RWG or the default pregen Navzgane.
Their control panel is unsecured. In this day and age that is simply unacceptable.
I have yet to receive a refund even though they cancelled my service immediately.
I would not recommend their service to anyone based on my experience.

Things seemingly started out good, within a decent recommendation from a friend of mine who uses this service for ark. However, if you plan to use this service to host your Conan servers, DO NOT. They've no real support or understanding of the way Conan has to operate they will diddle around your issues and just flat out ignore your responses trying to solve a problem, I had given them more than a 5+ day period to get back to me on an issue completely stopping me and my staff teams progress within the server and they just closed my ticket with 0 resolution.

Great support and fast servers.

Pricing is great, service is fast, support is awesome. Control panel is not the most intuitive for advanced usage such as world importing. Starting from scratch, there shouldn't be any issues.

So I decided to wait to do this review until I was nice and comfortable and really got to see all the kinks with this company.
I am 2, almost 3 months in now and I would have to say this is a amazing hosting company. The support has it's moments of a little slowness(nothing major, nothing over 24 hours at max) or missing a chat or two but the actual support, meaning staff, are amazing. They are so helpful and have went above and beyond to make sure I got the support needed. I completely destroyed my Dayz server and they spent hours with me teaching me every little thing and helped resolve the issue I gave myself.
So overall, I would, without question, recommend this company as your hosting service as long as you want real people, real responses and excellent service with little to no down time.

Was great service the first time around but when I wanted to start another rust server couldn’t mod and server would never be joinable. I don’t know if it was a bad time for the servers or just something with the website.

The services are reliable and customer support is always very helpful.

no confirmation of services email ever sent out....ftp services constantly boot due to an ""ip ban"" tickets answered with a bot answer ......service generally is crap sorry....ppl need info sent to email after for not only reciept purposes but also info for rcon/ftp installing mods is imposible with it banning the ip ??

I was having issues setting up the server in the way I wanted. I'm not really tech savvy, but the CSR's were polite and helpful and quick with a turn around to both answers and my issues

Ordered a Valheim server, had the best customer support I could have asked for. Great company, don’t hesitate to work with them.

Staffs are extremely helpful! My game world crashed, but they helped me fix it overnight.

The server did not run in the first 24 hours. Crashed several times also unable to join multiple times and mods that need updates don’t appear as quick.
