I rang them on Friday and they came on time on Monday. They sent me a text the day before to confirm the time and who would be coming. Which I found very reassuring. They knew exactly what the problem was and sorted it out in no time. He even got my old sky dish to work so I can watch tv in my bedroom and he talked me out of needing an aerial for the bedroom. He explained everything and some recommendations which I was happy with. His price was very reasonable. He was polite and friendly and I would definitely recommend this company

I phoned on Wednesday and job was done on Friday.
Lee came to see what the problem was.,he explained what he was going to do,and a new aerial was fitted.

Contacted them Mon about a problem with my Mums aerial (lost all signal). Really clear up front info on prices, they arranged to come Tue am and kept me informed about when they would arrive. Were there on time, diagnosed and fixed the fault within 30 mins.
Price as explained and very reasonable.

After ringing Active Aerials in Yorkshire spoke to a very helpful guy on the phone who tried to sort our problem over the phone. After a while realised i would need a visit from their engineer. I arranged for the next day and was given a text that evening to confirm. The next day i received a call giving me a time and the engineer arrived on time. After checking my signal and tv there was water leaking out of the wire. I was advised by Paul that either the cable was split or i had a leak on the aerial. It was the latter, the black cover on the aerial had condensation in it and the connections were rusty as i was shown it afterwards. I was told this was common with some types of aerial fitted a few years ago. I was given a price which quite reasonable and was fitted with a new aerial and bracket that looked more robust that what was previously fitted... new cable too as the old one was rotted and snapped. Overall an excellent job at a great price. I will definitely recommend Active Aerials to friends and family.

Had Active Aerials from Pontefract Yorkshire to install a tv aerial. Paul the engineer arrive on time given which was a Saturday gave us a quote that was very reasonable and the work was carried out within 2 hours. Excellent company and will recommend to friends and family. July 2016
