The worst customer service ever. If you ever get ahold of anyone, they cannot answer a simple question. RMA line says they will return VM calls in 24-48 hours, it's been a week and no call. when you actually get in touch with someone, they brush you off and promise a call back.
WARNING: Terrible service. We purchased a ResQLink PLB last month along with a Cat 1 Global Fix V4 in preparation for our Atlantic Crossing with the ARC organised by the World Cruising Club. On Monday, during an offshore passage we were contacted by the Spanish Coast guard regarding our new PLB which set itself off. On inspection, the antenna was stowed and the safety cap closed. The PLB was in the pocket of a life jacket that was not being used, in a dry place. After contacting ACR, it looks like we may not get a replacement until after our departure date. This is highly disappointing. If I was them, I’d want to get the product back to figure out whether there is a manufacturing problem as malfunctioning beacons endangers lives.
