Broke our 65"tv but we are/ arent insured?

We got quotes from 3 removal companies then Acorn put a card through our door.
We invited them around and they quoted for a full packing and removal service.
We were moving over 100 miles away We didn't realise that Acorn would sub contract part of that move out.
We were very happy with the packing and the removal what we didn't like was the damage to the 65" tv that was just over 6 months old.
We were watching the tv then it was packed, at our new house it was unpacked and I immediately realised it was broken, we had sound but no picture.
We called in the removal men who were still at the property and they confirmed it was broken.
We claimed on the insurance but they stated they only cover physical damage.
I personally couldn't see any damage. So we claimed from Samsung as it was under a year old.
Samsung sent out Martin Dawes who immediately spotted some small damage in the corner.
Back to Acorn who then claimed that we arent actually insured anyway.
Anyone want a broken tv ?
