I was travelling from Canada to US for business trip. Called ahead to make sure they were ok to delivery to my hotel address. I left a voice mail and received a call back in 5 mins. Item was shipped within 3 hours, and the package arrived at the hotel prior to my check-in date.

Love the free shipping and saved $50, if I were to purchase the ASO Ankle brace from a Sports Medicine Clinic.

Based on reviews (fast delivery) I placed an order for delivery in The Netherlands. Tracking number was going to be provided as soon as order was shipped. After request to get tracking number, I received the number immediately and within 1 week the package arrived in The Netherlands.

I placed my order on Tuesday and received the items by Friday. Great service!

I bought my daughter ankle braces to protect her while playing volleyball. These were reasonably priced and comfortable for her to wear. She has had a couple of close calls landing on another player's foot but so far the ankle braces have done the job.

Seriously, you folks are the best. This was my 3rd time ordering the same ankle brace, but I had a moment of uncertainty because there are now 2 versions of the brace I ordered previously.
