Professional and Patient
I have started my Sociology class and was informed i would receive my textbook within 7-10 days. I have been waiting for two weeks so I decided to call to find out. Where is my textbook? It was never done. The professional and respectful attention to my concern. Was not able to help me the first time but let me know everything that was going on. Call me back and kept me updated numerous times.
