The maxed Old School Runescape account I purchased on 09/05/2018 for $2100 USD has been recovered by the original owner. Even though an Account Shield was also purchased for $315 USD, this company is not responding to any support ticket I have raised. They steal your money and do not honour the warranty they promise on their accounts. Please do NOT use this company for any games as they are scammers.

Dont buy an account from them, they create an email for you and say "if you change the email attached to the account it voids the warranty" then they will recover the account through the email they created for you. I had to fight with them to get my runescape account back but all of my items were taken off the account. They dont give you enough information to recover the account. Horrible company buy from playerauctions or eldorado instead.

Was a realitvely smooth experience! A little slower then I would have liked but they always responded to my emails and questions. In the end, the transaction was successful and I was paid. Both parties were happy.

They are SCAMMERS ! If you have a account bought of them change your recovery email as soon as possible, they will after some time hack your account back and resell it, and you cant do anything because its their recovery mail.

They dont reply either.

Was initially impressed with the supposed reliability and security of their account selling service. Spent over 1000 on a maxed Osrs account and paid an extra hundred for their insurance. About 8 months later account gets recovered by original owner and I try to contact them to use the insurance and am told they can not help me. Lost 1100 usd to this website. Do not recommend.

edit: they recently tried t oget trustpilot to take down my review, luckily i had screenshots saved of the conversations with accountwarehouse support saved. shady company. i am not a bot, i am a real person who had a bad experience using their service.

Don't bother buying lifetime warrantee. They decide when it's valid and when it's not, they allow selling of accounts in all games where it's prohibited, right until the game itself cracks down on them, and then they stop.
In this situation they will do nothing to help you, as it's "out of their control"
Not worth the hassle, will never buy from them again as their support is absolutely useless, all they say is whoops sorry, not our problem anymore.

I can always count on them for very painless, fast and easy transactions! I've sold them both a WoW account and a LoL account, they're very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend using Account Warehouse for all your needs!

Purchased a runescape account, with lifetime warranty. Account was reclaimed about 6-12 months later, now they refuse to associate with any OSRS/RS3 service and won't honor warranties.

Avoid at all costs, as they can retract any warranties - Not even the initial warranty payment was refunded.

Would not buy or trust anything from them.... I purchased a osrs account for $1600 and it was recovered exactly 6 months after the purchase. Account warehouse claims they cannot refund anything related to osrs however I had LIMETIME warranty. They provided 3 screenshots with hardly any information, it's extremely negligent and they stopped replying to my emails. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I bought an account from them that had a warranty, the account was locked by jagex as they thought it was hacked. They put no efforts in to recover account so I assume once the account was unlocked it was stolen by one of their employees as that's the word around town these days about account warehouse. Not only did I lose the account but I also lost around $400-500 worth of items on said account and hours of playtime. Their reasoning is that they made a deal with jagex to not sell accounts anymore so not sure why they feel that is a valid excuse to scam paying customers out of their hard earned money. I know the account is now active again because the RSN has been changed. BUYER BEWARE I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN FOR ANY GAME. I would recommend going somewhere like eldarado.gg as I've had pleasant experiences with them and they've been able to unlock accounts for me purchased from them that went through the same issue as the one from account warehouse.

They only give 5$ for pax skin accounts
They retail for atleast 600 to 1800
Thats way to high profit of sell to them

They recovered the account, complete scammers. Lifetime warranty is fake.

I brought 2 OSRS accounts a year ago, I have had a 6 month break on the game and now unable to log in. Accountwharehouse have since stopped trading in the accounts, I took out there warranty though and paid the extra. I have emailed yesterday and followed up again today. I have put a ticket in on there official website but I am being ignored. To put it into context I spent $400 in total. Do not waste your time or money on them. Complete scam.

I bought an acc, got recovered, now they refuse to refund me. “We don’t deal with runescape anymore.” When I bought lifetime insurance, i expected it to be just that, LIFETIME. Bunch of scammers and crooks and horrific customer service who tell you to get the account back yourself.. What a joke! I hope everyone can read this so they know what they’re buying. Also I hope their CEO gets what they deserve (everything bad coming to them).

Sold a WoW account to them. They sent an email saying they would send payment within 24 hours and completely ghosted me afterwards. No payment. No response from support. I’ve sold to them before and had no issues but this time they got me.

I needed the cash and I had stopped playing the game for a while now, so I approached them, they gave me a quote and requirements to complete the sales, I met all and within 24 hours I had been paid, these guys are the real deal...I definitely recommend them 💯
