We’re really sorry to hear this. If you made an enquiry through AFS, you should have received a response, and we understand how frustrating and stressful it must have been when you were trying to secure accommodation. We’re reviewing how we follow up unanswered enquiries with accommodation providers to improve response rates. We’re glad you managed to find somewhere in the end, but sorry we weren’t able to help you on this occasion.

Was difficult to get through as lines were super busy but when I did everyone was very helpful and polite and they were able to secure me accomodation which I was delighted about. There is a real shortage of student accomodation in Exeter so this nothing short of a miracle. Very happy to have found this company.
