I was a little reluctant to speak to any company regarding a claim for the accident but on seeing the ad for the accident advice helpline I decided to make enquiries and was very pleasantly surprised to find that the advisor was more than helpful and talked me through the whole process in a way that was easy for me to understand and answered my questions in the same manner,i was very relieved and reassured at a time when I felt a little vunerable. thank-you.

Brilliant firm to use after an accident, keep you up to date constantly with what’s happening. Everything i need to know or do has been dealt with by this company, put me in touch with anyone i need to speak to, advised me who I don’t need to speak to, so being my first claim, they have made things so easy for me and took away alot of the stress im under being in this situation

A fantastic company, that have been able to deal with all aspects of the accident efficiently and professionally. They have literally taken all of the pain out of the 3rd party claim for me and made sure I have had access to the equivalent vehicle for me to use whilst mine is being repaired. They even delivered me a replacement vehicle when the original car sent didn't have Sat Nav. ( And when the car with Sat Nav came and was a petrol variant, they have offered to pay the difference in pence per mile I would have saved in the diesel model) They have listened to and been able to answer all questions. I am more than happy with the services they have provided and would urge anyone to use the Accident Advice Helpline as they have been fantastic.
