Poor quality of products and equally poor customer service
I called up yesterday perhaps over 30 times, none of their phone options work. On accounts and reception I came across the same lady who was new and untrained so couldn't even answer a simple question as to how long the warranty to the smoke alarm/fire lasted (I blame the management for this and not her). I also emailed them as I needed a quick response in terms of warranty and a call out for urgent repairs to the alarm system. The receptionist informed me that the team was 'looking into it'. So this is how they deal with something marked as urgent. I have yet to receive a reply back. The alarm system was installed about two years ago for Galliard Homes by this company. It may have just gone out of warranty however that also goes to show the poor quality of the product and not just poor aftercare customer service.
