We ordered an anchor chain that was…

We ordered an anchor chain that was shipped in a paper barrel, which arrived badly damaged and torn. The packaging was clearly inadequate for such a heavy item.

We reached out to the seller multiple times, offering to return the chain or find a solution – even at our own expense. Unfortunately, we never received any response.

This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. When something goes wrong with an order, the least you expect is a reply.
