I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase from this company. I placed an order on 6/14/22 and still have not received it! It’s impossible to contact their customer service department. Save your money!

Poor customer service and product eventually arrived very late
Delivery time was given on the website as 1-2 days and as I needed the product as soon as possible for work, I ordered through this company.
With current circumstances, I was expecting a slight delay. However, when I still hadn't had the product after 5 days and hadn't heard anything from the company, I politely enquired with the customer service team about the product and asked for a tracking number. I did not hear back from anyone despite numerous e-mails for over a week. I would have called customer services, but the only phone number provided was based in China. Just as I had given up (after not hearing from anyone at all) and asked for a refund, I finally received a very curt reply saying "it was delivered, please check", along with a tracking timeline. At this point, I realised that the product was being shipped all the way from Hong Kong and that is why it took so long. Sure enough, the next day, it finally arrived on my doorstep, almost two weeks later than anticipated.
TLDR: poor customer service and company ships from China so DEFINITELY takes longer than the advertised 1-2 days for delivery to UK

Customer service was slow but fixed my issue.
I unfortunately ordered the wrong product initially but emailed them immediately to cancel the order. They replied asking for some confirmation details which I gave them but then no action was taken. The order arrived in the post today so it was clearly never cancelled. The re-ordered correct product arrived in perfect condition. Edit: They have now refunded the incorrect order so bumped the score.
