I've been with accessloans since covid, never had a problem refinancing until Uncle T cut there funding from my understanding. so my loan is paid off and im done with them.

Something going on with this company. I have been a customer for a long time being a federal worker and having payments come out of check. Now their reasons for denying loan doesn’t even make sense. Good luck. Never use this company again. Never. They must be going out of business. Bankruptcy.

Made an inquiry and no response. This is one of the worse companies to do business with. I have no loan with them but the customer experience is horrible.

I will be paying off my loan with Access loan because it is impossible to be approved for refinance. I have always been on time with my payments and this my second time being denied for refinance. Nothing is wrong with my credit either.

Despite a history of successful refinances, my recent applications were denied. As a loyal customer, I believe my applications deserved a fair review. Unfortunately, the latest email suggests otherwise. I'll be paying off my loan and exploring other lenders for future needs.

Had this loan for 2 years with no issues and now when I need to refinance with my loan being 90% paid off they don’t want to give it to me! The reasons for it is nonsense because my credit score has improved in the last 2 years so I don’t know why they choose to have that excuse now. Thank you access for ruining my summer

Much like everyone else who have left reviews, I am a loyal customer with Access Loans. I have refinanced a total of four times. Always been on time with my payments. When I needed them the most right now I got denied refinancing. Loyalty out the window. My loan is over 70% paid off. My credit score is actually way better then what it was when I first took the loan out. Yet I don't meet their "requirements".

If your considering a loan, go somewhere else like BMG Money or Kashable. Between not being loyal, and the way they do things online (very slow process and lack of responses) there are way better options.

This company gives false hope to previous customers and they are not transparent so if you do not want to be disappointed avoid this company at all cost. I have refinanced 4 times never missed a note, paid through allotment so my credit is exceptional with them.I have less than 2 months of payments and they have declined me twice for refinance. I would advice anyone who thinks about applying with this company don't get your hopes up it took them a whole week to tell me that they were declining my application. I don't know why they offer especially if I applied 60 to 90 days and you declined me much has not changed about my credit, so run find another company to do business with, from experience this one is not the one they will DISAPPOINT you, when you really need it. Oh and it also says on their page through their allotment program they do not check credit scores so you will have a better chance at a loan, what a lie very misleading and no real transparency.

I’m over 79% finished was up two times for refinance and got denied each time. Why do they go throu the process of denying you and just be honest and say they don’t want to refinance you without having to go through the damn process just to say no. Not happy! Once I’m finished with them I am done.

I want to start of with I am very initially grateful for the first loan access loan provided me. Now for the hard part I have been up for refinancing Multiple times they have denied me multiple times with no refinance. very disappointed and feel like they don’t do a fair judgment especially when the customer has been with them for quite some time. I personally just wanted to get a fair shot at refinancing, but it looks like I’ll be moving forward, paying off my existing loan and not returning as a customer.

They are liars and crooks I had this account since 2021 I used to be able to refi but they waited till the day I was eligible for policy to change. I have done all I can and my loan is almost paid off and they still say it’s 40 % they aren’t loaning money because people default I wish I had 0 stars I wound award them. They allowed me to apply then denied me and made me wait 6 months only to move the percent rate then I tracked down the bank and they said my last payment went to balance where I can see I was posted after they let me refi they now owe me 300 roughly for the money they kept during my refi smh

Do not use this place for a loan. Glad to finally pay off my remaining balance and move on from these jerks. Don’t even try to refinance either because it never works. Not sure how I even got it in the first place if refinancing is credit score based.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They lie and refinance option will not ever happen. I only have a little left to pay it off and am getting another loan somewhere else with a more reliable company because this one is not reliable. I would stay away from it and not even attempt a loan. Go with bmg. These people must be going out of business because they don't give new loans and they do not refinance either just one lie after the other. HORRIBLE customer service and nobody ever knows what is going on. Never dealt with such a bad company before.

Wish I could give zero stars. Seem to help everyone get that 1st loan but screw everyone wanting to refiance. Only one payment left and the best part not taking new loan applications.

I’m another disappointed customer!!!😡 Access loans do bad business!!!! They change the refinance criteria often without notice!!!! I voiced my disappointment or frustration with one of their agents & just like in previous reviews they have friendly agents to tell you they apologize 🤬However, they will not be in business long if they keep this up!!!! If I was them, I would be careful on how they do business!!!!!!!! To someone reading this review, please DO go to BMG or OneBlinc because they do excellent business!!!! 🙂

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Initially they were great to work with - fast funding and easy repayment terms. Then they decided to change the rules for refinancing, but they didn't notify the customers. They added a blurb on the website that terms are subject to change without notice. Refinancing was now changed to 40-60% of the balance had to have been paid and wouldn't you know it - as soon as I hit 40%, along with a few more unhappy customers, they changed the terms to 70% and again with ZERO notice. I called the customer service line and the guy was extremely nice and apologetic and stated that even they don't get told when the terms are changed. He further stated that the company isn't taking on new loans, so why wouldn't you reward the existing customers where you know the payment is a sure thing? I'm paying this off as soon as possible and the president, vice president and whatever other boneheads they have making their bad decisions can go to Hell.

I have been a good customer with Access Loans and never missed a payment. I went to refinance and they changed the terms of the refinance. they also started taking additional l fees out of my payment. No notice! And then when I reached out the person said that they can change my terms at any time and do not have to notify me. they recently made a change and they stated they did not notify because they did not have to. I aid that is not good business and they said well it was a business decision. So, if you want to be treated fairly, then do business with BMG or Oneblinc. Do not use Access Loans!

Supposedly a loan for federal employees but got denied after jumping through their hoops for days. Total waste of time
