I bought a bike from Accell

I bought a bike from Accell, but there was a problem with it upon delivery. They said they would pick up the faulty bike and deliver a new one. However, their system is incredibly confusing and not customer-friendly at all.

When they came to collect the bike, they just rang the doorbell and left without providing any instructions. Later, I was told that I should have brought the bike down to the ground floor. Strangely enough, when they delivered the bike, they carried it up two floors — but when picking it up, I was somehow expected to know that I had to carry it down myself, without them ever mentioning it.

It’s been nearly 20 days, and I still haven’t received a working bike. Their customer service is unhelpful and lacks clear communication.

I strongly advise paying £50–£100 more to buy from a different company — at least you won’t have to deal with this level of frustration.
