Got a coal bucket with their label fixed to the front with glue. Tried heating it to remove it and then had to just scrub it for an age. Has left marks.on the front. The most ridiculous branding idea ever. Quality of bucket not great either.

I made the mistake of ordering from B and Q's dreadful excuse for a website. Lots of stuff on their dreadful website is actually supplied by other companies. The socket set I bought came from AB Tools. Useless B and Q gave them the wrong address and despite having to spend several days over the bank holiday resolving this,AB Tools came up trumps and delivered the socket set incredibly quickly. I will certainly be using this most excellent company again. B and Q ? You must be joking.

Abtools are fantastic I received a faulty tap and die set within 24 hours I had received a replacement no quibble at all Customer Service as it should be Well done.

Have just bought two iron coal buckets through Amazon and have just spent an hour trying to remove large sticky labels from them; not very successfully! Somebody in Abtools needs to be told that such advertising is counterproductive. Who wants to see such a ridiculous advert in front of their living room fire?.

Ordered a leaf grass shovel scoop via Amazon from this company. The product we ordered wasn't what was delivered (it was smaller).
This wasn't the company's fault but Amazon because they have the wrong picture and dimensions and haven't uploaded correct ones.
I called company direct and their service was exceptional. In future I will buy directly from them. Thank you

I have purchased a Greyhound Dog Bust Head Statue Fireplace Ornament Book End cast iron & it’s absolutely brilliant! I am so pleased, words just cannot describe how delighted I actually am with it. The greyhound bust actually looks like a greyhound (unlike many that are on the market). I would have no hesitation in recommending this item as in my opinion, it is really good value for money & I am seriously considering purchasing another so I have a pair. Thank you so much.

Recently bought a small hand tool from AB Tools (through the B & Q website). There was a small hiccup with the item, so I emailed them.
Issue sorted out in double quick time, with great communications from their end.
Excellent outcome in the end, true 5 star service.
If only Esure Insurance cared about their customers like AB Tools do.

Really great customer service. I have been using them for some time, and the one time I had a problem it was resolved without any issue. Delivery is quick - usually next day.

Just had to put a comment on about AB Tools online, I bought a flaring tool from this company last year, after realising I had ordered the wrong tool, they took back the original tool, sent me the correct tool, and info on how to use it, plus all free of postage, I have since damaged (my fault entirely) a part, and was sent a new part F.O.C., I cannot speak highly enough of this company, who I now use all the time. A definite 5 star outfit.

A friend recommended these guys for some straps for the racecar in New Zealand, as they'd nothing but good things to say.

Thus far I can only comment on the customer service, or lack there of. As the items haven't even been dispatched, yet. At least no updates as to what is happening.

I appreciate as much as the next man that people are busy, as are businesses. But when it's your bread and butter, you better hope that we/I expect updates as to when the item is shipped (with tracking details).

Now ABToolsonline.net have provided me with a tracking number with Royal Mail, that has not updated for going on 7 days now as Royal Mail are yet to receive the item from them.

I have made two correspondences with ABToolsOnline and I am YET to receive anything. I don't mind delays, items being out of stock or whatever the logistical hold-up is.... I just expect to be kept in the loop.

Thus, hence this review. Hopefully it lights something under someone's ass.

I ordered a set of Whitworth taps & dies through Amazon, and AB Tools fulfilled the order by return.
I only actually needed one tap & die for a special project, but at the price it was worth buying the set - I'm already sizing-up other ideas!
Looking forward to browsing their online catalogue!

This company went above and beyond to sort out an issue with some trailer mudguard brackets .I can not praise their customer service too highly ,and the brackets were excellent quality .

PurChased a drill pump.product arrived quickly and works very well .I am impressed with speed of service (live in newzealand) and product quality.
