Placed an order, was prompted after hours to do some type of verification phone call within 24 hours. The next morning (14 hours later) my order was cancelled with a message saying I could only process the order with a wire-transfer.

After a 15 minute call with a fairly rude customer service rep I was informed that my billing and shipping address were different, causing the verification to pop up. No explanation why the 24 hour window wasn't honored, or why I couldn't place an order with a different billing/shipping address.

Asking customers to initiate a wire transfer in 2023? Are you kidding?

I found the same product on Amazon for 10% less and free next day shipping.

Customer Service was Professional, shipping was extremely slow to my area. And my appliances arrived dented. I received a small refund and was processed fast by them. I have to try and fix the dryer as it rubs against the big side dent when its running, I was unaware of the functionality until I used it. Shipping was the biggest problem for me, the problem could be avoided if the shipping company wraps a thick bubble wrap around the appliances to make it safer. I think ABT is a good Company. But the shipping company that was used for me was not careful with other people's property.

Same day delivery, good packaging and notification that my package had been delivered.

I went on line to order a product. It was delivered the same day. I have been shopping at Abt for decades.
If you change your mind or don't want the item, they will take it back and give you a refund without a problem. great company

The Vacuum cleaner arrived in Perfect condition, super fast shipment. This was my first order placed with Abt. and definitely will not be my last. Thank you for providing us with superior service.

Ongoing support throughout the purchasing process right through delivery.

The delivery experience was top notch! I love that I was able to track how long, before my items would be delivered. That option allowed me to get some errands completed and make it back home before they arrived. Once John and Alex arrived, they were very professional, knowledgeable and the conversation throughout the installation, of my refrigerator and range was outstanding. I am more than satisfied with John and Alex and of course, my new appliances, as well.

Great experience from beginning to end. Great purchase experience with lots of people asking if we needed help, but a no pressure environment. Delivery was in the window, very professional. Made sure they took great care of keeping house clean and showing me how everything work.

Besides great price, I have no words to describe the quality of service and fast the same day delivery service!! Specials thanks to your delivery guy by name Sean. Not only his communications regarding delivery were excellent, he also organized all other packages that were thrown around by previous deliveries in front of our door! Great attitude, great employee! Thats why we are huge fans of ABT !

Updated review - I've changed my review to 5 stars. I can't remember any seller on the Internet ever reaching out directly to correct a mistake and make it right. Abt's staff did exactly that, and immediately shipped out the item in question. I'm leaving the original review, but I will buy from Abt again and suggest you do as well. Their customer service is something only a local store would provide, definitely went above and beyond what I expected.

Surprisingly quick delivery our new micro hood was here super quick

The two gentlemen who delivered my dishwasher were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up when they completed the job. They also helped me find the freezer light that had gone out in a refrigerator I had purchased from ABT. The dishwasher is working well so far, As has been my previous experience , the quality and care that customers have come to expect from ABT was met!

We are always happy with the efficiency of ABT. The customer service, delivery and sales teams are superb and answer all of your questions. The delivery team is clean and polite and on time. We will continue to use ABT for all of our appliances from now on.

Never issues with shipping or delivery. Tracking provided. Great Products, Pricing, and Service. Can't ask for more.

Update: I had a representative reach out and fixed my order. I’m very impressed with the quickness of fixing the issue and getting delivery correct.
