I’m delighted with my new walk in shower , from beginning to end the job was dealt with efficiently, on time and all members of staff were courteous and helpful, customer services answering any queries promptly and during the work in progress checking that I was happy with how it was progressing, I can’t speak highly enough of Andy who did all of the fitting, he’s highly skilled, courteous , prompt and left everything clean and tidy. I’d have no hesitation recommending Absolute Mobility.

I'm very pleased with the job done by Absolute Mobility — swapping out a bath for a step-in shower. They provided a competitive quote, came up with a practical solution, and the fitters, Ben and Matt, dealt brilliantly with a couple of unexpected complications during the installation. The result is excellent.

From the initial meeting with James the bathroom designer and subsequent survey by Trevor, we were very confident that we had chosen the right company. We were struggling to get my husband who has Parkinson’s Disease safely into the existing shower, therefore wanted a walk-in wet room solution.Everything was explained and any queries answered promptly. Will and Callum carried out the installation, they were very polite, punctual, great communicators, clean and tidy and carried out the work to a very high standard explaining what they were doing each day. All materials used were high quality. We were able to leave them in the house while we went out confident that this was a professional trustworthy team. Follow up from Trevor to check the installation was prompt and thorough. Support from Emily, Installations Team Lead and Carolina, Customer Care, was great and enquiries processed promptly. All rubbish was bagged and cleared away at the end of the works.For us this new bathroom has been life changing! My husband can now shower safely. We couldn’t be more pleased, thanks so much.

The installation was handled superbly. The professional was punctual, amiable, and maintained a clean workspace. Our wet room has become the highlight of our home.

Really pleased with the work undertaken for my parents and the whole process. From the initial enquiry through the work undertaken to the follow up calls and post work checks, the people form Absolute mobility have been incredibly professional and have had exactly the right manner when working with myself and elderly parents.

The whole process from start to finish went like clockwork without any hitch or any problem being to great to resolve. The work was completed on time, All staff members (office / surveyors / fitters) were brilliant - very courteous and professional. The fitters were extremely tidy and considerate and left the work in progress at the end of each day very neat and tidy. They were a credit to the company as were all staff members.

As for the finished job - it exceeds expectations. Everything is of a very high quality and functionally perfect. There’s a saying “you get what you pay for”. Absolute Mobility may not be the cheapest quote you get, but the standard supplied (in our case) went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you to Absolute Mobility. We will certainly recommend you to friends and family who need such a bathroom conversion in the future.

The fitter did an excellent job. He was friendly, very tidy & was always on time. The wet room is now the best room in the house.

It only took 4 days to complete my walk-in shower unit. Jamie our fitter was very helpful and informative. He left it very clean and showed my partner (Patricia Cooper) full instructions to safely use the shower unit. Patricia had spent nearly 6 months in hospital with sepsis and now has got use d to shower herself without my help. A brilliant investment.

We were very impressed with the friendly way the Absolute Mobility survey asked about out needs and talked us through the design options to meet these.

Having qualified as a Lead Assessor for Quality Control I was impressed that this Company holds ISO registrations for Quality Management Systems.

Every person we contacted, or contacted us, from Director to the person arranging appointments or sending brochures seemed inspired to offer quality input as part of a team.

The expert knowledge of James when visiting to provide and estimate was outstanding His approach was friendly and we were not subject of high pressure sales.

A thorough survey was completed and estimates, with detailed drawing and images, followed within a week.

The prices for this expert mobility input were competitive with those from local bathroom specialists.

Unfortunately as pensioners our starting point had been the package deals offered in the national press for walk in showers.

Sadly we feel we cannot go ahead with Absolute Mobility. We must not erode our capital for essential items in favour of the superb modern look bathroom - very suitable for both the able and disabled user.

I found this company very attuned to my needs and they accommodated my wishes rather than insist I have what they wanted me to have. A couple of weeks after ordering the walk in bath, I fell over and broke my hip and they offered to have someone come round to see if there was a better product for me to use. they also sent me flowers! Their after care was very good too and I am pleased at the way the work was done with the minimum of disruption to me.
