A great project to take, arrives on time but a little expensive for me at the moment but again a great product to take and taste amazing to ❤️

Have only been using the powder 1 month but already my skin feels smoother and looks brighter . Excited to see what the results will be after 12 weeks . Got complementary shampoo conditioner and face cream for signing up to subscription they are really good aswell . I’ve used other collagen powders before and didn’t really notice much difference but will definitely continue with this one . I put mine in my morning coffee can hardly taste it and mixes so easily no lumps .

Good product, but simply far, far, far, far too expensive! Initial deals okay, but very trappy into a subscription that is difficult to cancel requiring you to remember to skip.

There is a plethora of alternatives equally as good. No need for your collagen supplement to cost more than £1 a day.

If they did 30x Sachets for £32.99 monthly subscription they could be market leaders, but at almost £1,000 a year, nah, totally outrageous pricing. Lovely branding though, I like the yellow.

Loved the product, but stopped purchasing as too expensive.

Subscription always delivered on time and in perfect condition. Looking forward to seeing the results. Website easy to navigate and if I need to push an order back, it’s really easy to do. Thank you x

I have been taking this collegan for 5 weeks and already the dark under my eyes is fading which is absolutely great.
I really love the face creams and had comments from other people that my skin is looking bright and healthy... absolutely delighted !

Only giving 3 stars as I tried to cancel my subscription on line and it doesn’t allow you. You need to call a phone number which doesn’t make it as convenient.

Really love this product

I have been using this product for just over a year now. My hair and skin is definitely better since I started. 🙂

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Absolute Collagen.

What started as simply trying the hair collagen somehow resulted in me being notified that I was due to receive a full month’s supply under what appeared to be a subscription arrangement that I had no intention of signing up for.

I contacted Absolute Collagen immediately to cancel it, but received no reply — and then the order arrived anyway, alongside my usual collagen delivery.
I contacted them again, cross at this point, only to be told that I could not return the products due to “health and safety regulations” or similar excuses. It was only after I complained that they finally agreed to accept the return.

To avoid any excuse for rejecting the refund, I returned BOTH products unopened. The parcel was delivered to them two weeks ago, yet I have had to send three separate emails simply asking when my refund would be processed. After all that chasing, the response I finally received last Friday was:

“Once the warehouse will process your return a refund will be issued.”

Not only does that barely make sense, but why has it taken a fortnight for a returned parcel to even be processed? And why was I ignored repeatedly before receiving such an unhelpful response?

It is very disappointing, and time wasting. It doesn’t pass for any form of customer service. The product could have been stopped from being sent and since 22 April, I have been out of pocket GBP120 and waiting for my refund.

Superb products that really work. I have been a customer for many years now and would recommend them to anyone

The pouch does not last the 28 days, 21 tops so run out before next delivery. Either the pouch size is not accurate or the scoop is too big, either way not a monthly subscription

Friends say that i am glowing. The product is so easy to take

I was initially about to leave a review but in doing so I have read so many bad reviews. This is causing a red flag for me despite my initial desire to come on and give good feedback. I will however leave my original review which is why I came onto the site but now that I have read all the other negative reviews it’s made me wary so I will be proceeding with caution and I will revisit this page of my opinion changes in the future.

Original review - I’ve been using the collagen supplement for about 6 weeks now, and I received the mini skincare set as a free gift with my subscription. I honestly wouldn’t have chosen it for myself.

I rarely leave reviews, but this product has genuinely impressed me so much that I felt compelled to which doesn’t happen often

The face cream and eye cream are both absolutely beautiful to use. The textures feel incredibly luxurious, they absorb effortlessly, and they leave my skin feeling deeply nourished without any heaviness or residue. What stands out most is the visible difference in how my skin looks—there’s a healthy, radiant, “well” quality to it that I don’t usually get from skincare.

It’s rare for something I didn’t even intend to buy to make such an impact, but this set has genuinely won me over. I will definitely be purchasing it again and would highly recommend it.

Not long starting using this collagen. I cannot stomach bovine so have the marine powder. Not sure that I’ve noticed any improvements yet and I’m not too keen on the taste. Leaves a strange taste in your mouth.
