Exceptional quality!

I've had my my Beach Oval Chainring on my bike for a year and it's been fantastic.
The oval chainring looks the part, performs the part and elevates the riding experience.
The customer support was very helpful in finding the right oval chainring for my bike and managed to find the perfect fit to maintain my chainline. Definitely recommended!

Had the oval rings on my MTB for years - brilliant longevity and great quality. Recently took the plunge and bought some of their brake pads for both road and MTB - best pads I’ve used in 25 years of riding with superb customer service to back it up. What’s not to like?!

I have had AbsoluteBlack chain rings on my Mountain Bike and my Fat Bike. I absolutley swear buy them as I can climb better (in 1 to 2 gears higher) and I can typically be 1 to 2 gears higher than normal on the trail. This all leads to a better faster experience. I contacted AB about getting one for my son's bike. I wasn't sure which model so they helped me find the right one (I had guessed a wrong one) and then they gave me a 15% discount for being a great repeat customer. I am a big guy (was 313 at my highest) and I ride hard and pedal hard and I have had zero issues with the product. I tell everyone to get one...except my brother... he is already faster than me. I don't want him to have any more speed - haha.

I bought one of their oval chainrings because one of my good friends loved his. My experience was great out of the box. The feel is smooth and took almost no time to get used to. Shortly after, during a race in BC, one of the teeth cracked off. I have no idea how. absoluteBLACK is standing behind their product and is sending me a new one. Keep in mind this appears to be a total freak deal. This is the type of service and support that keeps me loyal to a company. Well done. Great product!

I got 1x oval ring for my single speed road bike (I have a chain tensioner). I've only used it for a short time but it seems great. I wasn't expecting much but I'm surprised by the change. I'll continue testing it and if I don't run into any issues I will surely get another one for my gravel.

The delivery to Finland was super fast. It only took 1,5 days!

After reading the reviews I finally decided to give this a go on my enduro bike. It worked really well in Coed Y Brenin, the chain stayed on, and I feel that my legs are not as tired as they used to be with the round ring.

This is a long term review of an AB 30T Oval chainring (running 50/30 compact on sportive bike). Very pleased with improved comfort climbing the steep, short climbs experienced in UK, noticeably easier than the original circular ring.
No problem with shifting between rings even after thousands of miles use.

Bought a SRAM directmount 30T chainring at the end of 2022, it collapsed like nothing and ruined my chain, carbon cranks and carbon frame .
Customer Service stated it’s my fault. Never cased it, never crashed it etc., they offered me 50% discount for crash replacement. The cheap material is split in half, horrible product, horrible support. I’ll never buy absoluteBlack again.

Interesting how they deal with customer feedback. I hope they put the same effort in making products better when they fail without any reason.

Goods where never in stock and despite repeated written requests for a refund, I have not received my money back. I've now taken out a small claims CCJ claim and spoken with trading standards along with my credit card company. Shocking service. Do not use company

Didn't know what to ask the wife to buy for my Birthday 6 months ago. So decided to go with a set of GRAPHEN pads for my road bike.

Before then I have only ever used the standard Shimano pads @ £30 for a pair.

These GRAPHENpads stop me as well as the Shimano pads do, they dont stop the bike any quicker as the grip between the tire and road surface dictates that side of things. The GRAPHENpads still fade on long fast descents.

The only difference between both sets of pads, are you just don't have to pull as hard on the brake lever when using the GRAPHENpads to stop in the same distance as the Shimano's. That's is literally the only difference. Save yourself £60 and just stick with stock pads.

This was my first time ordering an oval chainring.
I own three TT Bikes each with a different crankset,
4 bolt, 5 bolt etc.
All of my questions (multiple emails) were answered within 24 hrs. of send.
My order arrived a day early then the predicted date.
Shipping with DHL was awesome. Received three informative messages from DHL along the shipping route. Thanks again to the TEAM at Absolute Black.
The Gray color chainring and bolt covers looks and performs great with my Shimano Ultra R8000 crank.
I defiantly will be ordering from them in the future.

Is there a zero stars? Worst customer service experience ever with any company. I ordered EXACTLY what their website told me to; 0mm offset for super boost bike. When I pulled the 2 month old factory chainring, it had “3mm offset” stamped on it. When I inquired, “Santiago” agreed the 3mm offset was correct for my Evil The Offering V2 (Super Boost) bike. That’s where the problem began. They wanted to take the $19.99 USD deduction from my refund, even though their expert, Santiago agreed their website was wrong. When I pushed back and said there should be no deduction for incorrect info on their website, Santiago then became very defensive and basically lied and said he was not admitting anything, etc…(is Santiago a tech expert or a lawyer??!!). At that point, dealing with a company based in the UK and shipping from Poland, I felt I’d better take their deal and lose $19.99 USD to get the right part. Santiago pointed out that they have many ways to contact them prior to purchase…really?? There were no questions in my mind-I did exactly what their website said to do. And now I’m supposed to pay for an international call that will cost me more than the $19.99 to complain? Geez. I’m done with these people and will tell my story to anyone who listens. U.S.A. buyers beware!!

Excellent wear - oval chain ring: 3100 km, 80,000 m climbing on a single speed and teeth are still fine. Excellent after sales support, too!
