’m so happy I found this company. We had a leak in our toilet, so was a bit of an emergency. I phoned a few plumbers that I found on google. But they all tried to sell me the new parts before even diagnosing the problem. 😂 considering our house is about 5 years old. When I phoned this company, speaking to Mike was like a breath of fresh air. He asked me to send the pictures and came back straight away with an estimate quote (which was quite reasonable). Mike came early the next day and fixed the leak very quickly. The invoice was actually less than the initial quote. And we didn’t have to change the entire toilet and bathroom (as per suggestions of some of the plumbers)🤣 Mike is an honest, genuine guy, salt of the earth, as my husband says. Plus very good at what he does. I have saved his contact details whenever we need plumbing or heating services in the future.

I needed a sink installed, and when I called they were super helpful and friendly and advised what was needed and timeframes. Was able to be booked in very quickly, and arrived right on time and were very quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Lovely lad had him out twice and both times perfect fixed my toilet and did a boiler check with work still needing doing will definitely be calling him again 100%

Wow, well what can I say apart from brilliant. Had a few issues a week ago, several plumbers let me down and didn't even bother turning up. I rang Absolute in a but of a panic and Mike was amazing. Sorted out my stop tap, toilet and kitchen taps in just over an hour. Had asked him to look at my 40 Yr old boiler re a fault. Gave a fair price for the part but I decided to go for a whole new system. Turned up with Wayne and whole new system installed, hot water tank and cold out in just over 5 hours. Both great men, polite and very hard working. Would highly recommend and won't be going anywhere else. Thank you so much guys.

Great company, really responsive! Attended within 24hrs, and sorted my boiler out really quickly after we couldn't get any hot water.
Arrived at 7.30am too so I didn't need to miss too much work. Would highly recommend!

Called in a mild panic after trying a failed DIY repair of toilet. It was a Friday afternoon and he offered to come the following week. After some gentle pleading and he came within 30 minutes and sorted out problem.

My property is two miles from junction 7 M5 M’way. Yes in the countryside, yet only five minutes from civilization. A further company, promising maintanance, tells me his van has broken down. Cannot state plainly enough how often this happens. Always after one has accepted all terms offered & unfortunately turned down others prepared to do the work involved? Apart from that the wasted time spent hanging around for responses & confirmations Wish those companies involved including this one would initially just refuse the job – would make life so much easier for all concerned including me!
RESPONSE: Yes I did spend 24 hours in hospital hence while waiting had all the time in the world to reply to Emails including yours which in fact were not forthcoming. When initially contacting you at about 2 pm – you stated you were very busy yet spent ages texting me about my thousands of followers (mainly due to fact admiring my sculptures of Princess Diana & the young Princes). To call it a halt I promised to show you on visit!
I retired from my business Creations Past in 1990 (35 years ago) did cover eight domains including dollshousewallpaper – however since then it seems this domain has been taken over. Far from the poor reviews you remark about I was in fact awarded a Winston Churchill Fellowship in part for running a successful business and giving work where there wasn’t any! I was proud to represent this country in both Japan & Germany, all paid for by the fellowship.
I find companies like yours layout their timelines but rarely follow their own promises expecting the customer to keep switching to accommodate them whilst putting up with poor customer care
At all times I do praise “decent” customer care when I receive it. In your case I found every process/system/routine broken, did not justify the end goal, be it repairs or appointments.

Brilliant service emergency call out was here in 30 mins and saved our house getting flooded

Came the day after I called, did the work really well and quickly. Would definitely use again.

Was very impressed with Mike and his colleague. I’m disabled and am not always upto talking. They did such a fantastic job on fitting my radiator and leaving the place clean. They even took out my old radiator and left it for the scrap man, who came within an hour. I am so impressed with this company.

Mains water inlet pipe snapped just above ground level where it comes into kitchen. We were in a right mess.
Contacted Mike Saturday evening, 8am Sunday morning he was here and fixed the problem. Words cannot describe how grateful we are and how brilliant Mike was.
If you have any plumbing issues whatsoever Absolute plumbing are the people to ring.

Thanks to you and S & S plumbing and heating You guys are excellant turned up at 645 and finished by 9 am cleaned all rubbish away done a super job thanks again.

First time used Absolute plumbing, replaced 3 radiators with new, flush through system, service Gas boiler, required two visits all professionally done, radiators took longer than original estimate so put that down to future experience.
All done, the person who serviced the boiler identified problems that previous servicer did not and identified out of date parts.

Rang today as my 92 year old dad’s boiler had stopped working. Mark rang me straight back. He was on another call-out but explained he would call over when he was free. Came out about an hour later, identified the problem and promptly fixed it. Very reasonable charge and Mark went above and beyond. Will recommend to family and friends in future.

Aaron and his team run a brilliant plumbing company. They have dealt with several plumbing issues for us from changing a tap, servicing our boiler to investigating a non working shower (turned out it was clogged with limescale) so shower head was cleaned and all working now. They are very reliable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. There will always be a call out charge with whoever you use.

Dripping tap, changed valves no effect. Got new full turn taps and called Absolute - he arrived within a couple of hours and did a wonderful job. Very pleased and no more drips!! This is a genuine review; he came yesterday.
