Don’t bother

Suit looked very good when it arrived but on closer inspection the pocket wasn’t sewn to the trousers and the waist coat pocket wasn’t sewn in. Sent an email and have had no response, go some where else don’t waste your time with this company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a suit, returned it for a refund on and they confirmed that they received it on 11th September. I am writing this review on 19th October and after numerous promises from them to refund this has not happened. I have raised this with my credit card company and trading standards. I would advise you to NOT use this company, Complete fraud.

Avoid avoid avoid

Cancelled a suit on 07/10/24
Was told i would be refunded in line with T&Cs 3-5 working days

However still awaiting a refund and had no replys to numerous emails sent

Have now lodged a chargeback with my bank as i feel this company is a complete scam

Avoid at all costs

They do not refund in the time they say

I returned a suit that was too big within a couple of days(registered mail to ensure proof of delivery)
It was delivered back on the 18th September and I have yet to receive a refund.
I’ve emailed and had no response.
They are a disgrace and I will be taking it legal.

Poor Customer Service

I was let down and had to buy a suit at short notice. Ordered from Abitto and paid the extra for next day delivery. The suit is OK, fair quality and fair fit. No issues with that BUT: Part of the offer was a free pocket watch which I thought I would donate to charity as a raffle prize. Sadly the watch was not included with the order and on qiueerying was advised
"to be eligible for the free pocket watch, the item needs to be added to your basket before ordering, as your order has been dispatched, we are unable to add it now."
So in essence you need to know in advance??
Very poor Customer Service, pleased nothing else was wrong.

Stay away!Far away!!!

I’ve bought a suit with this company earlier this year and had issues with the postage. Took longer than what they entailed on their website. Suit was a perfect fit. Fast forward September. Bought a second suit for my wedding about sometime in September. Long story short, I’ve returned the suit and still not received my refund.. I will definitely not be buying a suit from Abitto ever again. So do yourself a favour if you are reading this. Go to Moss Bros ,go to Marc Darcy or any other shop and get yourself a decent suit from a trusted company/brand and not Abitto. Won’t use them anymore nor recommend.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! Keep your business local

Ordered a suit for my wedding when it arrived it seemed like it was a customer return now size labels and it was way to big the material was bobbled like it had been well worn and there was many pulls in the cloth it had no shape, a potato sack would have fitted better. I emailed and they said they would send me a free waist coat which never came like everyone else I have returned and not received any refund. This company is a massive scam and everyone needs to stay away. I found an amazing suit for the same money in a local suit shop for the same money and they had it tailored for me ready for our big day.

Well I bought my husband the trousers to match his jacket and waist coat and I have to admit they are fantastic perfect fit the quality is amazing and the price can not be beaten I am really happy with everything I have bought from you

Scammed

Ordered a suit beginning of September. Recieved a very over sized suit which was immediately returned, at my own expense.
Returned 5th September.
It is now the 8th October.
Emailed repeatedly with regards to my refund. Have had the two replies from a 'Rachel' who has basically fobbed me off with excuses.

Terms & conditions are ludicrous. Avoid this company at all costs. It's a sham.
Fully intend to escalate actions, if refund is not forthcoming.

Wonderful suit and overcoat

I've ordered a beautiful blue herringbone tweed suit and more recently a lovely brown herringbone tweed overcoat from Abitto. Both are really great quality and excellent fit. I really recommend this company and their products.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. 2 suits ordered both way way larger than any other suit company for the same sizes. I ordered from another online company the same sizes as I normally get from highstreet shops and fit perfectly. Suit sizes from abitto are way off. So I returned straight away and they have acknowledged receipt of returns. They quote 10 to 14 working days for payment of returns. I emailed them at 10 working days to find out where my moneywas of around £500. They replied with *please wait the full term* now I am chasing its been 18 business days and still no payment and now no response from Abitto. Cant believe this. What a scam.

No communication. Appalling customer service

I placed an order with Abitto on the 8th of September 2024. As of today the 5th of October 2024 there has been no communication from the company in relation to my order. They informed me my order was with the delivery company and this information was completely untrue they have never received my order. They have not replied to any of my emails and I have no idea if I will ever receive the order. Appalling customer service. My advice would be avoid using this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible customer service. Had to chase original order as did not receive. Quality of item was not great. Returns process is overly complicated and refunds are said to be within 14 working days. My order has been returned nearly 3 weeks ago, no acknowledgement, chased twice and no response. Seems like they don’t want to give refunds.

Do not order from this site

Trading law means the retailer must refund you within 14 days of them receiving your returns. 22 days later and I'm still without my £850. Customer service non existent. Funny that if you're a day late returning, then that's an issue for them! Do not give this company your money.

Stay away!!

I ordered a suit, it wasn’t going to be delivered in time for me leaving to go away, so I cancelled and ordered another to be delivered to my ‘away’ address. That was over a month ago and only just got a refund for the first suit after 23 working days.

The second suit was shocking, huge and baggy, so returned it for a refund too. We’re now past the 14 working days and no refund yet.

The suits are bad, the customer service is terrible and they refer to their T’s & C’s an awful lot about what you must do to comply but then they totally don’t follow them.

All I know is over a month after wanting a smart Tweed 3 piece suit I have no suit and have been missing £350 (now £172) which seems not to be coming back to me anytime soon. Furious to be fair.

No suit received after 3 weeks of…

No suit received after 3 weeks of receipt of order. No comunication to advise delays. Scores of E mails advising of discount offers after order placed. No opportunity to cancel order and to top it all accustomed care" E mail from Rachael A expounding to virtues si gladly lacking g on my shopping g experience with Abitto
This is the third suit ordered from you and by far the worst experience
CO STRUCTIVE - Do not make false claims,apply discount codes when appropriate a d keep customer advised of order progress
