My wife and I started our fertility journey in June 2025, and as this was our very first time, everything felt overwhelming and daunting. From the very beginning, Edyta has been nothing short of incredible. She took the time to explain every step in detail, making sure we had all the information we needed to feel confident and reassured.

What truly stood out was the way she made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. No question was ever too small, and every concern we had was met with patience, clarity, and kindness. Her knowledge and professionalism shone through at every stage, but it was her warmth and genuine care that made the biggest difference for us.

Thanks to her support, what could have been a stressful and confusing journey instead became one we could navigate with hope and trust. We are so grateful to have had such an amazing person by our side, and we wholeheartedly recommend Edyta to anyone beginning their own fertility journey.

ABC have been amazing throughout mine and my wife’s IVF journey. Really clear on the process if you’ve never done it before. Appointments all working around you and your personal life. We have Edyta as our consultant and she is amazing at her job, friendly, supportive and makes everything really clear on what to expect from our journey. Couldn’t recommend the clinic enough and it is really affordable.

I would highly recommend Create Fertility. The clinician staff are exceptional. I couldn’t ask for better clinical care and support. The areas for improvement are the case management and call centre. There was very little support from the case manager and we had to seek out the support. I would expect the case manager to be proactively reaching out to guide us through each step in the journey and to organise appointments for us when needed. The call centre were also not as helpful as I would expect when trying to book appointments and would often tell us that there were no appointments left but then would call back to say they had found an appointment. This could be improved.
It would also be much better to have all scans, tests and treatments at one location. We would’ve preferred to have the treatment at Southampton as we had all our scans there, but this is not currently possible.

I had a beautiful and positive journey with abc Southampton.From the beginning everyone was so nice, kind and accepting, which made the process and experience less stressful . All my questions and worries were attended to with such a kind approach that made me relaxed .Edyta at the Southampton branch,was so amazing,nice and showed such empathy to us.in all we have our beautiful miracle with us to God’s Glory and i recommend them.

Drs were great, explained all options. Friendly and helpful nurses. Made us feel comfortable and explained every process.
Were made to feel like we could ask any question at any time. Nothing was too much.

I have been putting off the review for a couple of months as I didn’t want to jinx anything. I am currently 19 weeks pregnant with twin boys from a single transfer.

The care and support from the first day stepping into the clinic has been amazing.
Edyta has been particularly Impressive offering individual support to suit both me and my partners needs. The process was always clear from the start.

We didn’t really click with our patient coordinator, this was quickly sorted and we were given a new coordinator.

During egg collection and transfer we met some lovely staff at Wimbledon. Lots of friendly faces.
Would recommend ABC 100% however would be lovely if it wasn’t so strict for age ect. for other woman to access affordable IVF.

Amazing company so gratefull to them for giving a chance to have a baby,my partner has 9 weeks left and we are having a baby boy.i couldn't thank abc enough.they were clear very helpful and friendly and make you feel like they want to help you so thanks again abc 😊

Lovely polite staff, very respectful and friendly

Yesterday I had my first consultation in abc clinic (Southampton) and I really could not have asked for better attention. After an awful experience in a previous clinic where I felt I was just a number I was pretty nervous, but the team was very supportive and informative. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming and the fertility mildwife consultan (I think her name was Edyta) was so gentle and so patience with us... She helped us to understand our options, providing us as much detail as possible about the procedure, and she answered any questions or worries we had. I can't be more glad to had found this clinic. Hope I can start my ivf journey with them. I do recommend to everyone who is struggling with infertility to visit this clinic.
