Great experience from start to finish. We couldn’t be more grateful for ABC IVF Oxford. Our beautiful little girl is now 4 weeks old. We had our initial consultation and most of our appointments with Polya who was amazing, she always kept us at ease and was so helpful at advising us on the best routes to take. Could not have asked for a better person to help us on our journey. We also had an appointment with Bridget who was equally as lovely. All of our questions/emails were responded to quickly and effectively. The whole process from the first consultation to the birth of our baby took around 14 months which is incredible. We were lucky enough to get pregnant on our first frozen embryo transfer.
We also had a positive experience with the staff at St Paul’s when having egg retrieval and the embryo transfer. I took a little longer to recover from the egg retrieval and the staff were all so attentive and caring, everyone came to check I was ok.
As a whole we had a great experience and would reccomend using ABC Oxford to anyone who needed it. Over the moon that we now have a beautiful daughter all thanks to the team.

I have had both my boys through abc IVF at Oxford with transfers at Create fertility St Paul’s. Throughout my experience from egg collection to my two successful rounds of IVF everyone was amazing and very supportive. I would recommend highly.

Myself and my husband had the perfect experience with ABC, we could not fault them in anyway. Everyone who helped us was kind, respectful and made us feel very comfortable. We were very lucky that our first transfer was successful and we nows have a beautiful and healthy little baby boy.

The end to end process took 6 months till final conception for my wife. The process stared with initial consultation, then medical consultation where they will talk through how to take injections, then they will call for multiple appointments of scans, and then egg collection, and then transfer. We got successful in 2nd cycle frozen embryo transfer. We did the scan appointments with ABC IVF Oxford and egg collection/ FET at st Paul's London. Paula, Bridget at Oxford were quite helpful.

The amazing team at ABC made a very daunting experience one that was very comforting, professional and ultimately gave is the chance to be parents to our amazing baby girl! From start to finish the service we received was flawless. Polya was our fertility nurse and she was just amazing! She was with us every step of the way and was truly invested in our success. We can’t recommend ABC enough!

After going through 3 different IVF clinics and multiple rounds of IVF. Finally I got my rainbow baby in first attempt at abc ivf in 2022. My treatment started at 2021.
Best experience and best nurses and doctors. Very caring and definitely look after you very well through whole journey. Whenever I had a doubt about anything just email the clinic and definitely within couple of hours you will receive the reply which is very rare. Definitely recommend this abc ivf Oxford clinic. absolutely wonderful experience. Bridget was amazing. Our first frozen transfer resulted in our beautiful daughter pearl. can’t recommend enough all staff are lovely :)

All the doctors nursers and all the other staff are very kind and helpful in every possible way and make you feel comfortable and safe, confident in each appointment and treatments. They give you all the necessary information for everything, makes you at ease throughout the journey. I have a 4 year old son who is also born via Ivf with Create fertility and this is my second pregnancy. I recommend create fertility for anyone trying out for a baby with all of my heart.

I moved to abc ivf from a different clinic after 3 failed IUIs. I cannot fault abc ivf at all, everyone was lovely and helpful and it felt like they wanted to help you have a baby rather than at my old clinic where everything just felt like a way for them to get my money. My 2nd ivf was successful with abc ivf and I now have a beautiful 3 week old baby boy. I would 1000% recommend abc ivf and will be using them again for any future ivf attempts. Forever grateful!

I cannot tell you how amazing the team are at Oxford, particularly Bridget. Like many I was sceptical of how they can be so successful and also be the cheapest by far, but after reading the reviews I took a chance and after our first consultation I knew we had found the right clinic, from start to finish everyone was so informative and reassuring and just amazing, no query was ever too much and they would always get back to you on the same day. I’m so pleased to say our first FET worked and I am now coming up to 12 weeks and have graduated from the clinic now but due to multiple losses in the past I was extremely anxious, Bridget understood that and I was able to go for more scans for reassurance. Our journey started in April 23 and within a year our dreams have come true. If you’re in any doubt at all I would absolutely recommend ABC you won’t regret it!! Thank you so much for everything!

We had very positive experience with abc. Our clinic was at Oxford and Polya, Brigette and the team, they were very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process. Egg collection and insemination were done at St Pauls branch and again couldn’t fault anything.

A week in to our treatment and so far the staff at Oxford have all been very nice and welcoming, and have been very proactive and responsive throughout. They clearly take great care for their clients and want the best for you.

My partner has been very anxious about the whole thing and they've been able to keep her reassured.

Our experience was positive. The staff were attentive and kept us well informed. Everything was explained well and the clinic were quick to answer any of our queries over email or the phone.

Upon reading reviews here on poor customer service and care; we decided we’ll give them ago as the local clinic was claimed to go ‘above and beyond’.

All was going well after the baseline scan, the local nurse was attentive and caring.

However the initial consultation was missed as we were unable to login the zoom. We had tried to call the practice for assistance but there is no way of getting through out of hours. Emails were issued to be advised that we would need to pay for a new consult fee as their team were able to login. This then was explained and an email from the team advised we can rebook the appointment. Upon calling to book; we’re advised once again of the issues and the booking.

All in all; luckily this was a consultation phase. It is clear to us they only care for money and they are never available out of hours if you need urgent care. Nor do they care to understands the customer or patients point of view.

Later Edit: this then was picked up by Jo; that although the attempt was once again tried when on the phone and a screenshot was issued to by email. Then asked for a further video proof. On top of this had the cheek to say their call records only show we tried at 8:27am. Is ABC insinuating we are lying? All for £85. If this how you value your customers ABC…

In response to your reply; no, the ‘team’ hasn’t been in touch, I’m not satisfied and still offended and undervalued as a customer. This response alone was over 2 weeks after the fact.

Wouldn’t waste your money. Initial meetings were good but then you have to realise they are a business and want your money. Egg collection in Birmingham is awful and for the money you pay you would think the facility would be a bit more high end. Yes IVF is a lottery but when we spoke to them after the failed transfer they admitted the medication should have been reviewed a lot quicker than it was and then increased. They also offered us £1450 off if we went with them again for another round - no thanks.
