first rate service,goods as ordered and prompt delivery

Abbey Carpets were too late dispatching the product for me to use it, only sending it after I chase it despite the website stating it was in stock and offering next day delivery then only giving a refund of the product not my return carriage 2 weeks after they received the goods back and again after I chase!  Shocking service!  I had put a letter in the package explaining why I expected my carriage back but when questioned why it hadn't been refunded the carriageI was told it was in their T&Cs which I'm sure it is but when they are at fault I expected better.

Only a small order but first class , fast and efficient service with free delivey.

Ordered a roll of cardboard paper to line the floor. Arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. Very happy with the service provided. Just the right amount of emails eg not too many!!

The mat arrived on time and looks very neat inside the back door. It certainly takes the moisture off wet shoes coming in from the garden, so overall, a good buy.

Ordered last pack of cherry laminate in the country. Got a message from the shop that the pack had arrived, but was damaged, binned and a refund issued. Fair enough, but I only needed a couple of pieces to repair a floor...it would have been nice to be told how badly damaged the pack was before throwing it away, in case it would have done the job.

Excellent price and excellent service. Initially I had an issue on the processing the payment on line but I phoned the company direct and they sorted out the payment over the phone and confirmed they had an issue with the website which they were sorting. Overall excellent service.

Finding the right carpet on their website was very easy, I never sent for a sample of my choice as I was able to see exactly what I wanted through the description on the website. Ordering was simple and delivery time was as stated. Very impressed and will use again.

Fortunately I came across their website, and found it very informative and helpful. The specialist cleaning/restorative kit was dispatched very promptly. Job done, and safety restored.
