I recently placed an order with AB Archery via internet and then had to speak with them on the phone to add to my order as i forgot something and the customer service i received was 1st class.

When we had problems getting items delivered to an out of area location, they went out of their way to help.

I ordered a toy bow and arrow (not even a sports one although I was tempted) for my six year old daughter and was quite taken aback at the high quality. It actually flies really well!

I have purchased from AB Archery twice. My wife and I wished to try archery before we go to a leisure centre where we will be asked to do this. Our idea is to "get our eye in" never having done this. We bought the Hawk bow which was much better than we anticipated and we were sufficiently impressed that on the following week, we bought an Eagle bow set (with target) along with some extra arrows and finger protectors. My wife uses the Hawk and I, who am taller, use the Eagle.
What we bought represented good value for money. The website was clear and easy both to navigate and to purchase from. Delivery was next day (and they arrived early next day) and the bows, etc were well packaged to prevent damage.
I will have no hesitation in using AB Archery again.

I've shopped with AB Archery a couple of times now. The first, after reviewing their website, I phoned them to ask for advice - extremely helpful and friendly - understood what I was after immediately and advised accordingly. Have since shopped with them again but just over the internet - again great service, they kept in touch via email to let me know how the order was doing etc. I have no problem recommending them.

Purchased the olympic junior hawk set on 11 April 2012. I had a few questions which were answered to my satisfaction when I called up. The order was received as promised & assembly was really straight forward once I had figured it out. The assembly instructions didn't mention the 'arms' and what to do with them even though the stand had markings for the 'arms'.

The quality of the bows and arrows (I purchased two sets) were absolutely brilliant. The sets were used by adults and juniors, who simply fell in love with archery.

Great product, great price and lots of fun.

i bought my son an archery set plus some extra arrows for his birthday. everything was easy to order and the service provided was excellent! the products are very high quality and he is absolutely thrilled to bits. i will be using ab archery again to order things for him as he continues with his archery. thank you so much for being so helpful

Great prices and excellent customer service. Couldn't have been more helpful on the phone and ensured that whilst they were out of stock on one of my items I got everything I needed and found the perfect replacement. Happy customer.

I had a problem with my order. They had no straw targets for me yet. However they were quick and precise when they informed me and gave me a new delivery date and their most humble apologies. Excellent service, would recommend them to anyone and use them again without hesitation.

We ordered an archery set for Christmas for our daughter, the sets seemed very well priced and it was very easy to see what was suitable for each age group. We received a phone call informing us when our order was being sent and on which day it would arrive. Would definitely order through AB Archery again..

Target arrived completely unpackaged and unprotected. Ordinarilly I find goods are overpackaged and while I don't like too much of it I have to admit it does serve a function. The other parts of the kit were packed into a large tube which must have been standing up in a patch of water - it was wet and the cardboard breaking up and the tube had opened up. I would use this site again, it is comprehensive and easy to use but I would like to think that AB Archery will specify the condition in which they would like their goods to arrive.

I was looking for a toy bow and arrow set that would not break easily. This set looks much sturdier than others on sale. Service was quick and problem free. Thank you.
