We arranged our Nepal program with Aaryatravel from Europe before the trip. They gave a perfect planning assistance, were responsive and created our itinerary. At Nepal they guided us through different places and perfectly organized our activities. We always felt accompanied by them with truly dedication and respect even when we had to change our plans by short notice. The guides Bijaya and Sudarshan we can truly recommend to all travelers coming to Nepal regardless if they are seeking for sight seeing or adventure trips. We did both sightseeing at Kathmandu, a Clayworks experience and an adventure tour to low mustang to see the mountains. We take back a deep impression of the country and a warm hospitality of the people.

We had to change a lot of plans during the trip due to an injury, they have been so flexible and kind. They did everything to help us. We are so so greateful for travelling with them as an agency.

I am a small travel agent based in the UK. On ten occasions or more, now, I have used Aarya Village Travel to devise & support my group of motorcycle riders. Over the years we have ridden to Lower & Upoer Mustang, Lo Manthang, Muktinath, Manang, the Everest region and the East, and finally this latest trip just completed to the far West, including Rara Lake. The level of service we have always received has been outstanding.
Sudarshan and his support team have always gone beyond our expectations. As is nature of adventure motorcycling, there have been some hiccups from time to time. Any problems or minor accidents have been dealt with to a high professional standard. When a rescue has been needed, the system has been proven to work seamlessly.
I said after running about 10 trips here, that this would be my last, after 25 years in the business. However, who can say? I may be back again next year 😉

We have travelled for a week around the Kathmandu valley and we appreciated every moment spent with our guide Sudarshan. The cars we used to move were new, the drivers were gorgeous and although the traffic of Kathmandu we have always felt absolutely comfortable and safe. Our guide Sudarshan is the best we could have: he gave us so many interesting informations about the six Unesco sites we have visited that he made us fall in love with Nepal culture and with the ancient buddhist and induist traditions of this amazing country. We recommend absolutely this on the road travel because it let you see many different and beautiful places in few days and we recommend Sudarshan as a five stars guide and the drivers too.

Everything was perfect. From first contact with Srijana during organizing our trip to our lovely guide Bijaya and the team of porters - Samsei, Bashanta and Dependi (hopefully I wrote the names correctly!)
We felt very well taken care of. All the hotels and tea houses were great. Fantastic food. Bijaya changed the plan couple of times to make it more enjoyable and adapted to our needs :)

An incredible experience!
The organization of our trip was very eventful, and Prateek was able to adapt the program to our new requests each time. He was always very responsive when it came to developing the program.
Our guide, Bijaya, was also incredible! Always attentive to our needs and safety. He pushed us to reach high altitudes during our trek. We really appreciated having the same guide throughout the trip, both for the trek and the cultural section.
We are already thinking about returning to Nepal for another trek with Aarya Travel and Bijaya as pur guide 🤩

We had a wonderful trip with Prateek as back office arranger and Sudarshan as our daily guide through the cities and mountains of Nepal. EV-ER-Y-THING was taken care of. When we booked our journey we received a detailed description of the program with a lot of sightseeing and hikes, just what we wanted. It was nice to know about the distances that we would take with the car and for the hikes and the accommodations where we would stay. The program could easily be adjusted to our wishes. The communication was friendly en we always got answers quickly. That made that we felt welcome. Unfortunately we had to cancel our journey. We very much appreciated the understanding of our circumstances. Though we didn't make the journey, I am sure it would have been a great experience.

Our dream trip to Tibet, Nepal and Bhutan in 2024.
Planned before Corona and now actually realized. And I have to say that the impressions, experiences and adventures far exceeded our expectations. Everything went smoothly, the weather was perfect and we chose the perfect time to travel.
We traveled from Beijing to Lhasa by train for 40 hours, a fantastic train ride with stunning views. Lhasa with the Potala Palace is an absolute must for every visitor to Tibet. Afterwards drive to Shigatse, Rongbunk and Kyirong!
Then we went to Kathmandu by plane, as the road was unfortunately destroyed due to storms. Drive to Pokhara, here too the road is an experience. Then drive to Chitwan National Park. 3-day jungle safari with breathtaking animal sightings and experiences. Highlight a “fishing cat” absolutely recommendable.
We then continued via Kathmandu to Bhutan with a flight to Paro. On arrival we drive straight on to Thimphu. A trip to a very special country with very happy people. We return to Paro via Punakha and hike to the Tiger's Nest the next day. A very strenuous hike with over 1,000 hm of ascent, but definitely recommended and not to be missed!
Finally, after about 3.5 weeks, we fly back home via Kathmandu, with lots of new impressions and new experiences.

A big thank you once again to all our supervisors, especially Mr. Sufal Chaudhary, who has been a great help and advisor to us over the years, as well as Mr. Arayan Gautam, who has looked after us every day and has always been a great support.

Aarya was recommended to me by a friend. Prateek was amazing!! He was so patient and accommodating. He created such a wonderful experience for me and adjusted whenever I made suggestions, but also warned me of things that I wanted that could have made my trip more problematic. For example, I had planned to fly to Pokhara late in the afternoon and Prateek warned me that flights and weather were unpredictable and that it was better to do it in the morning and he was absolutely right. Both of my interior flights were delayed by a few hours, but I still made it to my destination, while I had friends who had to cancel a whole leg of their trip in Pokhara because their flights were delayed until they were canceled.

My guides and drivers were wonderful as well!! Krishna was my guide in Pokhara and he knew all the tips and tricks to navigating the city. When I had a chunk of free time on my last afternoon, he made super helpful suggestions as to how to fill my time and made it easy for me even though it wasn't in my itinerary and it was totally worth it!! Manju was my guide in Kathmandu and she was so knowledgeable about history, culture, religion, etc. Honestly, better than a museum or a textbook, and Manju told me about all of her treks around the mountains and hills of Nepal, which really made me want to go on one with her!!

Overall, the experience was incredible. Everyone I interacted with were so hospitable and kind. I was travelling as a solo woman and I didn't feel unsafe at all because my guides were there to make sure I had the best possible visit! I 1000% recommend Aarya and in two year, I'll be back to visit Nepal and I will definitely be using their services again!!

We've had a great trip through Nepal, Booked by Evaneos with close contact with Prateek. In Nepal we couldn't be more lucky with the best guide Rabina and the chauffeur. She knows a lot and makes sure you're feeling good throughout the whole trip. We felt home, met locals, saw everything we wanted and more.. cause Rabina is very flexible and asks daily if you want to stick to the plan or do some more or less! Now we are leaving for home but are sure we come back!

From start to finish they were amazing! We were originally supposed to go in May 2020 but of course the pandemic disrupted those plans. Aarya village travel honoured our deposit when we were able to travel 4 years later. Their commitment to sustainability and the people in villages is a real strength of their business. Prateek was an excellent person to work with when planning the Manaslu trek and our guide, Bijaya, was fantastic - smart, personable, calm, and funny. The porters were a welcome addition to our group and were equally friendly and fun on the trail and when playing cards in the evenings 🙂. I would recommend the entire team at Aarya without hesitation.
