i booked a taxi from A3 Cars for a pick-up from Guildford eye hospital after surgery. The service was excellent from the quotation through to delivery, The car was modern,clean and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and courteous. I was discharged over an hour earlier than planned but A3 Cars accommodated this change to minimise my waiting time. I will definitely use A3 Cars tmy next surgery, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The Boss figured out that the tire warning was correct as all my tires were on a non-correct pressure even though i had set them to the correct 31 PSI a few weeks before. He then proceeded with checking all modules to make sure there were no surprises and cleared the hystorical ones that were no longer relevant. problem sorted! and even thoug he spent the best part of 30 minutes on that car I didnt have to pay a single penny.

Disappointed.
Been a customer for years, they raised the prices “due to fuel crisis” and thats all fair but during the booking or even on the website they never mentioned that we jumped from 48£ to 75£! Absolutely unprofessional from the call center to just blame “the guy that confirmed the booking “.
