yesterday I bought a Hobbyist subscription for $12 on your beautifully designed site. However, after the purchase I soon found out that below the design the inner workings of the site are beyond broken. The search function simply does not work. That's right, if I click on the magnifying glass, absolutely nothing happens. The download function does not function properly as well, endless "preparing..." but no actual loading. I tried at least 10 different materials with 30+ times, but only managed 1 successful download. The site may look cool, but the UX is absolute dog shit. I will never recommend this broken piece of garbage to anyone ever. So, all things said, all of you guys really should consider killing yourselves. I wasted a little money and a lot of my time on your fucking beyond broken site.

This was your email, and we still replied you so humbly. As such there was no issue on our website that particular day. We still showed a gesture to compensate the trouble you faced. We want to thank you again for you kind words, it help us learn a lot and make our platform even more trustworthy.

We were facing technical difficulties when you first emailed us but when we checked our server logs, there were no issues with the functionality you mentioned (search and download). Also the search functionality is working just as intended on all browsers, please try updating your browser if you are still facing any difficulties.
