The customer service was very friendly and helpful and the issue was solved in an extremely customer friendly way. I love my new jewelry, which is of good quality. I will surely shop again with A-Hjørt and would recommend the site to anyone looking for scandinavian jewelry.

Even though I returned the item that I ordered because it wasn’t how I expected, I’m giving 4 stars to this company for their prompt response and professional service. The item was presented beautifully and arrived within a few days. When I emailed to tell them I wanted to return it, they responded in a sympathetic and professional manner. My money was refunded immediately they received the return and if I see anything else I might like I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

Just as we tried to pack the order - there was found a bug on the necklace. Since it was the last necklace and it was on discount we had not other in stock. Therefor we needed our supplier to create a new one for you. :-)
