Zero communication customer service

I placed an order for earings that i wanted to gift my sister for Christmas on 12th of December. On the website it says that duration of shipping inside EU is 1-5 business days so i was convinced i will be able to receive them in time. 5 days later i still hadn’t received any email except that my order has been confirmed. No information about shipping, nothing. On 18th of December i wrote them an email ( to info@92thestudio )asking where is my package - no answer till this day. After Christmas (where i didnt have the present i wanted for my sister) i filled out contact form on their website about the issue - no answer till this day. I thought maybe after 1st of January when holidays will be over i will receive some kind of message- nothing. It says on their website they try to respond in 24h. Its been more than 2 weeks since i wrote for the first time and i still have no answer about my order. And i still dont have the earings.
Yesterday (January 4th) i wrote them on instagram as my last option, its been 18h no answer, although there have been new posts on their account.
I am feeling disappointed and clueless about what to do, because i dont want to loose my money.

UPDATE (January 8th) : I wrote to them for the 2nd time 3 days later on instagram and they finally replied. It seems that my email had gone into spam folder. But i contacted them trough their contact form also, and had no answer there too, so i dont know what to think. They apologized, said that the earrings were sent out before Christmas but seems that were lost somewhere by the DHL. They offered to refund me or send me my earrings and also an additional pair for my trouble, that was very nice. Also, they were open to change the location of delivery to another country (as I am not currently in the original location).
Overall - very good communication once they reply, but it was a struggle to reach them. I think it shouldnt be this hard to contact a shop about an order.

All perfect!

I ordered a cap and a t-shirt for my girlfriend 2 weeks ago and the material & quality are super super good and soft. Also shipping to Italy was very fast (4 business days) with DHL. I will for sure order again.

The earrings are really beautiful

The earrings are really beautiful! Their quality is evident from the first glance, and they give a touch of class and sophistication to any look! They are light and comfortable to wear all day.
The shipping service was excellent too!

Total scam ! Dont order!

I don’t want to give even one star. Horrible experience with this “company”.
I ordered earrings almost month ago and I asked several times where’s my product. They lied to me that they have sent it but it never came. You have to spam them to answer and always getting empty promises. This company is total scam. Influencers please don’t boost this company because they dont take care about their customers and regular people never gets their orders.

And now they blaming the customer💀 nice 👍🏼 They wrote an email and asked to change this review so wonder why i didn’t reply. Everyone makes mistakes (someones more) but company always should take responsibility and never blame the customer. So unprofessional and btw still no package after 7weeks :)))

Dear Tiia, firstly we never lied to you and send out your package to Finnland with the DHL tracking number ending with xxx0183. You also got the tracking number via E-Mail. We are very open to critics and appreciate every feedback, but this here is something we can not understand.
We do not blame you and yes, we asked you to change this review, as it is absolutely not true. You say you wait 7 weeks and still have no package, while your package is in a DHL shop in Finnland and is waiting for you to pick it up, which you can see at the tracking...

So we can not understand how someone can write such a harmful review.

We wish you anyways a lot of joy with your earrings.

Worst experience with a company

Worst experience with a company. I ordered on the 3rd of december, never received the package. The company told me they were going to refund me. For 2 weeks now, the company doesn't reply to any email and I still haven't received the refund. Avoid at all costs.

Yes, your first package took 2 weeks longer as we had a huge amount of orders due to the Christmas business. Then it got stuck at DHL France. We can unfortunately not influence external shipping carriers... We were of course really sorry for this and asked you if we should send out a new package, which you refused. We were always in contact with you and answered you on every E-Mail (we have proof of this in our inbox). Further, you got refunded via Paypal to your Gmail address.

We appreciate your review a lot, but it would be nice when it would be at least a fair review.

Still no package!

I made an order the 19th of december and was told the package was sent 3rd of january. The 15th of january, the package still hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer service and was told that they weren’t aware. I was promised an update but today I still haven’t heard anything and I’m not able to come in contact with their customer service. Very bad experience!!

The greatest thing about this company…

The greatest thing about this company is customer support. I had huge issues with dhl failing my order 3 times - and every time they were there to help and moreover to keep attempts to deliver the items to me. Also the quality of goods is really decent!

I love this brand

I love this brand, I've bought hoodies, hats and recently the jewellery! The sweatshirts are beautiful and are very good quality. The jewelery collection is wonderful and very competitively priced. Shipping always on time, communication very kind and helpful if you have any questions about the fit. Definitely recommend!

Scam!

please, beware that this is probably some scam. ordered earrings for my daughter and they never arrived. company said that they shipped them but they are not able to provide any proof. save your money never shop there.

never shipped my items

I Ordered earrings three weeks ago. Three weeks ago they informed me that the order was shipped but it was actually never shipped. When I filed a claim with Paypal they informed me they will ship the earrings but they never did. They keep lying and now they are not even responding my emails but they still have my money. Do not order items from this eshop!
