Exceptional Customer Service
Had an issue with a coffee order that didn't match the description. 88grains handled it perfectly - they investigated promptly, acknowledged the problem honestly, and provided fair compensation without any hassle.
What stood out: their transparency (they even updated the product description on their website), professional communication, and genuine commitment to quality.
Problems can happen, but their response showed real integrity. This is how specialty coffee companies should operate. Highly recommend!

Excellent Supplier

I have been buying my Green Coffee Beans from 88Graines for a couple of years and find them a first class company to deal with. Prices competitive and very versatile in terms of quantities. Fantastic range of supply countries. On the rare occasions I needed contact help was immediate and always positive and helpful.
