I won the perfect 10 twice in a matter of a month or two. Then I had re verify my account for months only for them to ban my account simply bc I am a winner. This site sucks.

I would have given them 0 stars. Do not use this betting site. They refuse to look into bets with formal evidence, in my instance a treble where the last leg was over 0.5 goals in first half. This was for a lot of money. I was watching the game on Football 24 and they blew the first half whistle at 36min. Now, on any other betting site this leg would have been voided since it was not played in normal time, the game was also removed from the site at the start of second half.
They settled the bet as loss, since they tried to find evidence of this from other betting sites, which would show the same result, 0-0 at half time due to the low level of friendly.
I have been in dispute with them for over 2 weeks now and they will not look further in to this. The customer service is a joke (only live chat) and will only repeat the same answer for different questions, refuses to tell me why the game was removed from site and asks me for a screenshot from 2 weeks ago plus my bet wasnt even settled until hours after it was assumed to be finished.
You cant make a formal complaint either.
I was refused the welcome bonus so dont get your hopes up on that, when i asked about this i had a response that said i already have 3(!!) accounts with them while i have never used it before.
please stay away at all costs!

Absolutely terrible.I made a bet for a golfer to finish in the top 10 in the Phoenix open and he finished tied for third. Of my $175 bet that paid out 291. They inly gave me $24.31 saying that it was a dead heat. Absolutely terrible. Will never use them again

One of the worst betting sites I've ever used.

Extremely long time to get the verification process completed, even though every other site has it done within 0-48 hours. This site takes closer to one week.

Made my first deposit and entered the bonus code that was offered to me on the websites promotion page, followed the requirements to get the Free Bet, and was not given the free bet upon settlement of my bet.

Went to the terms, it said wait 48 hours after the bet has settled to receive your free bet.

No free bet was received.

Contacted support, they didn't even know what promotion I was talking about even after I linked them the page, all the terms, and they confirmed I met them.

Escalated my ticket, and it's been over 9 days and I still have not heard anything back.

The last message I got was my ticket was still pending, and they will message me on the sites messaging system once it's completed.

Their messaging system to support is also extremely hard to navigate and get through to an actual agent, the chatbot keeps asking the same questions over and over, and you have to reset it multiple times just to be able to talk to someone after you say the right phrase.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. There is no way a site like this has that many tickets pending, for the amount of business they do. Take your business elsewhere.

To anyone out there DONT GAMBLE ON THIS SITE as I had 6 homes up on Saturday they refused to pay out saying one of the kick offs started 3.01pm an voided my bet what a joke.

Only interested in problem gamblers and losing bettors. Truly awful company. If you win a few bets on the bounce they will take a "business decision" to ban you. Shameful practices and I advise you to avoid. Just read the other reviews first.

The absolute worst of the worst , we have closed an account with them due to personal reasons, and they will not refund money that was in there. They make it impossible to contact them - email addresses do not work and there are no contact phone numbers. Never give them a penny. They are utterly untrustworthy. Ghabby on live chats cuts you off when you prove she is not telling the truth.

NB888 bet do not bet with this platform they give free first time user betting credit and and promise you can withdraw winning but when you try withdraw they ask for a deposit of R350 to upgrade to vip1 and when youve upgraded to that vip1 they will tell you you cannot make a withdraw on vip1 you have to deposit a further R450 upgrade to vip2 then you can make a withdraw of all your money when youve done that they will not help with withdraw they tell you upgrade to vip3 by depositing R1200 futher you never get your winning they keep asking you to deposit money to get your winning when you try contact them they tell you its their platform rules a total scam of a platform have screen shot of me trying to contact them about them about a withdraw but their agents are rude and disrespectful they even refuse blankly to refund the money ive put in as deposits just a poor money making skeem trying to milk money out of people psing as a legit gambling platform watch out for them

They deny Your KYC documents if it doesn't look western/European style /format documents, eg bank statement and utilities bills! If your from africa u will suffer and never get money back! Don't sigup from this site if ur african!

They advertise a 400% bonus on first deposit on Canada website.
Did sign up and deposit following the instruction from the promo on their main page. Placed my first bet like the promo is asking.
Never got the bonus. Did chat with 4 differents person on their chat (and with their stupid robot).
Nobody know about the promo (!)
They dont give the bonus like advertised.
They give you instead a free bet (10$).
This is a total scam.

And it doesn't stop here.
If you win more than you lose they will litteraly ban you.
I was betting on NHL moneyline. Went from 500$ to 2k and they litterally banned me. (can put 0$ on any bet now)

One of the most frustrating betting sites I’ve used. I’ve been trying for several days to withdraw less than €200, but every time I attempt it, a message appears saying that verification is required—even though I’ve already uploaded both a utility bill and my ID card. Despite completing these steps, the same verification notice keeps popping up.

When I try to contact support, I get a “Can’t connect. Sorry, something went wrong. Tap to retry” message, and it never works. There’s no visible email address or contact number to reach them, making the situation even more frustrating.

I recently opened up an account on 888sport and had no issues creating an account. The user interface was okay and I didn't really have any issues with the app itself. However, after I deposited £10 and made a qualifying bet for their promotion, I was surprised to see that I didn't recieve the free bets that I was promised. When I told customer service, they told me that their system "detected a related account" and I couldnt qualify for the free bet which I thought was ridiculous as ive never opened an account on this platform. They recognised this issue and promised to report it and compensate me but I havent recieved any compensation either! I wouldn't reccomend this platform to anyone seeing as they are so untrustworthy. Don't deposit money into this platform.
