These CLOWNS will take your money and then close your account. Don’t even think of trying their help line or online chat support, it’s just sends you round and round, uploading images after imager with no response or response.
An absolute JOKE of a company and I don’t know why they are still in business.

Signed up, deposited money I placed a bet they blocked my account no refund of the money I placed on the bet and what I had on the account they just kept it

Simple account using as expected is poor.

Wish I had listened to all the negative reviews, first company I sign up after seeing an advert and it doesn’t work. Deposited £10 after creating an account and now saying they won’t pay the welcome reward?! Support is awful and clueless. Please everyone avoid . I can now understand why they are on the verge of bankruptcy 🤦‍♀️

Absolute Joke of a company! Set up an account and they disabled it instantly! Asking for all sorts of ID which I provided. Which was then followed up by a request of a photo of myself holding my username and ID?!?! This is pretty much bordering on a data protection breach. I begrudgingly provided that though as well and have heard nothing back for nearly 2 weeks. All emails ignored and any sent from them are generic email template responses not actually assisting in anyway shape or form! AVOID!

It's one thing to play and try your best to beat other players which is achievable, but its totally impossible to win against the software.I hate saying this but I am convinced the site is a total rip off and its impossible to make any mony on 888. Do not use them for gambling, I was playing roulette and some error came up and my money disappeared off the table and it should have won, of course live chat took 10 minutes to respond saying they are useless then closed the chat when I didn't respond in 20 seconds.

Company is asking for an old card that isnt even in use anymore for verification! - Won't accept a new legitimate card. This company is making me ill. Actually ill.

Had an account with them for a number of years and wasn’t a regular user. I tried to withdraw my balance and got error messages, tried many ways for 30 minutes.
Spoke to customer service eventually who said they would pass on request. Provided details as requested by customer service and advised withdrawal would be processed.
Some days later got a message from Katerine B supervisor that further information and proof of id now required. Provided that and then after a couple of weeks still no money to my bank.
Messaged Katherine B and still no refund weeks later. Been trying to get my money for over 3 months now.
It’s only a littl amount, but will start a small court claim against them rather than allow them to get away with it.

I have had an 888 account for many years but stopped using them a long time a go as I had fallen out of love with gambling. A couple of years a go I started betting again and decided to see if my account was still active, which it was. I started using them again as they had some good offers and usually had decent prices on the horses, not so good on football though. Gradually over the past 18 months or so 888 have gone downhill so fast it is quite hard to believe, their offers have become less and also nowhere near as good. The £5 free bet for a 4/1 winner or above has ceased as also has best odds guaranteed on the horses. The football offers have become worse and their daily wish free spin game is absolutely abysmal.
I hardly use them at all nowadays and was extremely surprised to learn that I have had my account restricted. I only found this out after one of their promotions I had taken part in failed to reward me with my free bet. I got in touch with customer service who told me I had to wait 72 hours to receive it. After I still had not received my free bet I then got in touch again to be told my account was restricted. Why they couldn't have told me the first time I contacted them I couldn't understand.
Anyway I have withdrawn my money and moved on. Plenty of better bookies out there who will glady accept my money.

I have never used 888 or been in a bookie shop for over 30 years..There is only ONE winner and that is the bookie and these online companies. They are here to make money out of peoples misery. The only way to make money is by saving and working hard. Please don't give these people your hard earned money.

Nothing good to say about this company .. pure robbery. Everyone has been experiencing the same problems ... left short on winnings too many times , also bets not confirming after been on auto play continuously, then been logged out during live games and they don't let you log back in , if you are losing they will keep taking your money but if you could have won they cancel your bets...
they owe me thousands I can only imagine what other people have been robbed of ..

This company doesn't like giving you bonuses that you qualify and when you got on customer chat there staff are useless and ask you for information they can clearly see at there end I spent thousands of pounds with 888 and I must say these are the biggest crooks In the game

This company breaches the terms of their gambling commission licence regularly. They allow you to deposit, bet and play for years then when they decide they don't want your business anymore the problems start. They lock you out of your account and start to ask for verification when the rules state that should be done before you gamble with them under s.17.1.1 of UK gambling commission rules. They make withdrawing difficult for winning customers using these unethical behaviours. They should have their licence removed.

Worst betting site ever , they should be criminalised , how a betting site blocks your account and funds, and they message you saying why aren't you gambling enough , why I don't spend all of my money there , I have reported these thieves to the gambling commission as they still have my money and no email responses for two weeks now,

My son self excluded himself (at my request) from 888 as he has a gambling problem, then went to his room, messaged 888 to say it was a mistake and they re-activated his account. He had already registered with "Gamstop" before the self excluded!!!

I have been waiting for my withdrawal for 2 weeks now since January,27/2024 they have sent me 2 10 dollar e-transfers directly into my account without a email or password verification. 3 times now they have sent me 22,543$CAD with a email saying my withdrawal is approved and sent then the next day they come back saying I gave them invalid bank details when I have given my void check and bank details and verification 5 times already! What in the rite mind was I doing to play this casino I thought being regulated by Ontario I Gaming and Alcohol Gaming Commission Of Ontario would make you feel safe but this is a total hassle and is causing me emotional distress!
