I opened an account and deposited played some more and won so withdrew funds and when I went to log back into my account was blocked so I emailed them and apparently self excluded which I did not I alsowent on there online chat and spoke to Marian who was extremely rude and unhelpful refused to get me a manager no response to the three emails sent all I want is the winnings I’m owed that in the cashier app says awaiting process sent in documents says takes 72 hours which is absolutely ridiculous as could just look into release my funds and then done so I have gone onto resolver as they clearly don’t care about there customers

Problems on each step... With verification (but only if you win something) if you are loosing, you are perfect customer, but just don't try to win. If you do, you will go through hell with verification and especially withdrawal.

I am not going to say 888 is crappiest site all on line poker site are crap. 888 literally used this phrase in a message to me where they refuse to say why they have blocked my account from receiving bonuses.

I have never come across a more unfair company and the fact they talk about transparency whilst 2 lines before refusing to give me a reason for their nonsensical decision shows you exactly what kind of company they are.
They don't even have the decency to reply to me as a person, give me anyone's name who was involved in the decision and say there is no chance of there being any reconsideration of their decision.
I have tried for weeks to get a response from them. I have been moved around from LiveChat to Reddit and back again and even after weeks of asking all they can be bothered to say to me is they have made the decision and it is final.
The contempt they have shown me as a customer of theirs for many years is unreal. If they really had any concerns about my account surely they would ban me but obviously they want to keep earning money from me.

My account was closed on 888 with no explanation and my balance has been withheld with no valid reason, I’ve made several withdrawals and deposits and so they don’t have a problem taking your money until the want to scam you or withhold your money.

I’ve emailed their support several times now and was told that someone will email me only to find that no one was planning to email me back r.e my account closure, I then messaged the chat again only to be given a URL for cashier where I can see my balance but now it is asking for documents and I have sent all 3 documents requested.

Still my money is being withheld? Is this a plot by 888 to hold on to peoples money as long as possible?

I uploaded my documents but it never got verified and still waiting on my money to transferred back- I uploaded it but no emails and their online chat service is terrible - never using them

They will not verify me/pay me
They will not verify me, after 3 weeks of attempting and contacting them they consistently deny all paper work. Drivers licenses,
bank statements scans of all ids, also have pictures of me with the ids clearly shown. This casino is HORRENDOUS for customer support. Absolutely a joke. 4 hrs after posting got a response money in bank
