This company is absolute horrible the interest rates are ridiculous. The end game is for them to take your car. They barely work with you. Collections team is very rude and don’t try to even help you resolve are try to refinance the title loan for you. Thankfully they didn’t repo my car the loan is paid off. They put you through hell to pay it off. They are super nice in the beginning be late 1 time miss a payment 1 time & they immediately start to threaten repossession.

The calls are extremely excessive. If your loan is due today they call 2 times that day leave 2 messages and send a email. If you don't pay they call 3 tines leave 3 messages and send a email. Then that's the dat after they do the same and send a letter in the mail. Im trying to pay off the loan soon so I never have to deal with this company again but here's the big part. They charge interest daily so let's say your payment is 300 and you make your payment on time only 10-18 dollars goes to your principal the rest goes to them...so in other words it would take forever to pay off the loan that they provide. I've paid almost 1000 back in 3 months to this company and currently I still owe what they loaned me. How disappointing is that

This is company everyone needs to stay away from, my wife got a letter in the mail about a loan she never applied for, call to request a copy of the loan application and one Juliotan Breton which claims to be a supervisor said they cannot send us a letter in the mail with the application, requested to speak to his supervisor and he says he does not report to anyone but makes the final decision regarding our request, then asking us to send some email to some fictious email, This company needs to be shut down immediately. Please beware of Loan Mart folks.

Customer service itself was great , Hector was really helpful and another lady I think her name is Alyssa they were both really patient with all the questions I had. The problem started when my boss and I wrote the restaurants number in my employment letter for verification. When I realized it I called back to let them know the situation. Two representatives told me I could just print out the paper and scratch out the number and add update my employers personal number but it had to be in blue or black pen which I did. I called back and told the representatives I had resubmitted the paper with the correct information. Moments later I received a call from another representative stating that was not allowed and needed to retype everything with correct information which is fine but that should have been said in the first place! The second issue was when they told me the loan amount I was qualified for and told me to wait for a final call to finish everything then 10-15 later they called stating they had “great”news that my loan amount was different upon review. Since they mentioned the word great. I thought I was going to get a greater amount, but it was the total opposite. They reduced my loan amount which is fine if I’m not qualified for it, but that was really stressful and sad to hear. It wasn’t much of a difference. Just $100 reduction. Being that I needed the money for medical emergencies I was very happy with the first amount I was told I was going to receive. So when they told me it was reduced there was nothing great about that, but overall like I mentioned before the representatives were very nice and very attentive. More than anything patient. My recommendation is maybe better training because I know that when my payments are due, I’m not allowed to make “mistakes” like the ones the company employees made.

I put in way too much time and effort here only to be nitpicked at every turn. I bent like a pretzel trying to meet their requirements, but in the end I realized I’d be better off with another company. My 2012 Toyota Tacoma is worth way more than the $4,000 loan I was asking for, yet they acted like they were doing me a favor.
What really turned me off was how nonchalant they were about losing me as a customer. My assigned agent (Nam) hid behind colleagues who acted clueless, calls weren’t returned, and some even sounded like they were half-asleep on the phone. Overall, just a nightmare experience.
I had my son 2 months early I am going back and forth to a hospital to deal with my son being in the NICU who is currently 4 days old on all types of machines due to being born early I’m frustrated I’m fed up and I’m tired of the insensitivity I have dealt with throughout my pregnancy the stress and now my son is here early due to stress and I get a call today while I’m visiting my baby after making a partial payment of the only money I had from my hospital bed I’m very disgusted with loan Mart and I pray none of you ever have to deal with having a child earlier and constantly having someone threaten to take the only form of transportation you have to get to child

So far it’s been a great experience. We had some difficulties getting the loan through exactly when we needed it, but it was documents on our end that were still processing through dmv holding it up. Sui Murphy went above and beyond helping to get this through during a crucial time for us, when sometimes the call center can be difficult try to get through to someone who can manage your case and get their email while you’re on the phone with them. The call center process can be somewhat difficult but if you get one of the loan managers like Sui and get their email it makes for a much smoother process.
Can’t comment on the pay back process or anything on that end yet. But getting the loan through and into our account was a priority for them and they helped us through each step even though we were under stress and maybe not being as patient as we could have been.
