Floral ordered on February 11th- to be delivered on the 13th- wilted floral finally delivered on February 15th - after numerous unanswered texts and emails. Offered 20% off my next order. I declined- why would I order from this company again?

Did not deliver the flowers on the Valentine's day, although the order was placed the day before. The manager lied on the phone regarding delivery time and status.
The worst flower company in Dubai, total scam

Where to begin with this awful company? They have a system error that mixes addresses between orders creating an unholy mess. I contacted the customer service team to talk them through the errors which occurred and were advised that this was rectified.

I checked the website a few days later and the changes had not been done, so I contacted them again, no response, contacted them again, and someone called me back and apologised and asked me for the changes, which I gave AGAIN. Was told it would be done, again I checked and there were still mistakes. I contacted them again, no response for two days. I contact them again. Finally, they get things right I hope.

At every stage, I am assured that the company cares about its customers, but it's completely hollow, the service is literally the worst I have ever received and I would seriously advise any potential customers to seek these services elsewhere. Six times I had to give the details to the customer service team. Seriously, ordering flowers should not be this stressful.

After all of that, the flowers arrived with mixed-up addresses, the wrong greeting card was attached, addressed to the wrong person, and the packaging was all ripped, it looked attrocious. I wish I could show photos.

The flowers were not worth 320 aed. They were supposed to be big in size but the bouquet was very small

Absolutely gorgeous arrangement and wrapping.

The flowers weren’t as the ones shown on picture. It mentioned colourful bouquet but the bouquet only had pink and white flowers.

Flowers were not fresh and the arrangement didn’t look like the website at all !

Arrangement was not all natural. Mistletoe and others were artificial. Not recommended.

I paid $63 for a tinny dozen of small roses and a tinny box of chocolate that has 4 pieces.
The roses weren’t even arranged in a bouquet

The flowers did not look anything like they were in the picture. I bought one of the expensive ones (520 AED) . So terribly disappointed!

Flowers came better than I anticipated. Happy to have picked from 800flowers.

The flowers looked like they’d been through a bad transport or kept in a very small box. Some roses had yellowed petals and overall the bouquet didn’t look as fresh as I expected. I was disappointed because they usually look amazing.
