7Figuredocs Value Delivery

Katie and her team are exceptional—responsive, hands-on, and highly professional. Their depth of expertise in social media, particularly within the medical sector, is truly impressive. They take a collaborative approach that strikes the perfect balance between offering expert guidance and respecting our autonomy. The result? Worth It

Over the years we have been trying to grow our multispecialty practice with new clients and qualified leads. We previously tried to run our own ads with little to no success, we decided to reach out to 7FigureDocs. We have received SO many qualified leads for our Chiropractic and Medical Weight Loss Ads. The attention to detail and communication is unmatched and we would highly recommend making the commitment and working with them.

Horrible company- FRAUDS

We will get to their horrible work in a second. But first. Despite my giving written notice of cancelation more than 30 days prior, abiding by their terms. they still fraudulently charged my credit card. These are scheisters! Now, the work they performed, it takes weeks for them to fix an issue. They pay no attention to detail resulting in making your business look like it has no credibility. Their metrics for success is stuffing your inbox with people who want you to take medicaid for your luxury services, taking time away form tending to paying customers,. It is just a big marketing gimmick and the only paying customers are you to this horrible company. they are not interested in generating business for you. You are the end goal.

July 9th update; In the end I sent them a copy of an email I had sent them 45 days in advance of my cancellation. They then refunded the monthly fee they had charged me. Excuse; we didn't see the email, it ended up in an inbox that wasn't seen. Gotchya- so even though I expressed verbally what I had written to them of my cancellation at the time I had sent it, they still seemed to not notice it until I found a copy of my written notification to them and had to show it to them. It is indicative of their work ethic....get them on board. Charge them and charge them and who the hell cares if we get them paying clients. Let's just reach the metrics we care about and splay out our peacock feathers showing how wonderful we are. But in reality, they do not care about generating business for their customers. Getting a quick $4500 is good enough if you can just keep repeating the crap by clicking copy and paste. And by the way, the money THEY got from me was $4500, but it actually cost me in total excess of $6500 as I also paid wasted money on the ad spend to run their crap.

Dear Abe,

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services. We strive to ensure that our clients have a positive experience and regret that we did not meet your expectations.

Regarding your cancellation and the charge to your credit card, we did receive and process your refund on the same day, July 3rd, 2024. Unfortunately, due to banking processes and the holiday weekend, refunds can take 3-5 business days to reflect on your account, which is why it appeared on July 8th.

We are committed to providing detailed and attentive service to all our clients. We understand your concerns about the response times and the quality of work. Update requests were indeed addressed within 24 business hours, which included tasks such as copywriting on website funnel pages and relaunching ads. We have a record history of every single request and the fulfillment timeline, we are happy to share it with you.

Over the course of 2.5 months, our marketing efforts generated a substantial number of opportunities for the promotion requested to advertise. We recorded 387 exclusive leads, 169 virtual appointment requests, and 154 applications, along with numerous ongoing conversations. Our team consistently encouraged your team to engage with these leads to maximize the opportunities. That simply was not done with over 67 sitting conversations un-responded to or answered currently. You still have access to all of your opportunities if you decide to follow up.

We acknowledge that there may have been a miscommunication regarding the scope of work, particularly the request for an eCommerce page modeling "Henry Meds". We did clarify that this was outside our service offerings.

Despite the challenges, we extended an invitation to discuss your concerns further and resolve any issues, which remains open. Please feel free to contact us at support@7figuredocs.com or text us back to schedule a time for a professional discussion.

Thank you for your feedback, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Sincerely,

The 7FigureDocs Team

I have been using 7Fs for my practice…

I have been using 7Fs for my practice for the past 9 months or so, and felt like it was a good time to leave a review. The team has been a game-changer for my business, driving a steady stream of new patient opportunities and helping me grow my practice. I was skeptical of their performance guarantee when I first signed up for their services, but 7Fs exceeded my expectations. Their sales training for my front desk was honestly critical. My show rate went from about 50% to 80% just through using their sales training and communication skills. I went from not being able to collect credit cards over the phone, to be able to. I was entertaining there outsourced call center to confirm all the appointments but actually worked out much better with my staff being able to handle them. Michael’s sales training was th

Appreciative

Teaming up with Brian and Brad over the past few years has been an absolute game-changer for my business. Their knack for staying nimble in the ever-evolving digital marketplace is nothing short of impressive. What sets them apart is not just their expertise but the genuine partnership—they've been instrumental in enabling me to consistently hit my business goals.

Their proficiency in strategy, lead funneling, webinars, and sales training feels leaps and bounds ahead of the market standard. If you're looking for a dynamic duo who not only keeps pace but can propel you forward, these guys are it. Highly recommend, and a big thanks for the continued partnership!

Same negative experience as some of the others

Same experience as some of the others. As a new business it really took a toll on our finances, over promised and I can’t even say under delivered because they did not deliver at all. In 2 months we got a handful of bookings and a handful of no shows and no response when called. (which I think were fake because what they promise is bookings on schedule and doesn’t matter if they show or not and the phone number we called to follow up with the clients was always shady). I think we had 2 clients actually show up, one who didn’t purchase anything she only came to talk about potential services and another who did purchase but never answered again when we attempted to follow up with her for continuation of treatment. Wouldn’t recommend them. It was a loss for us and our business. Money wasted with no return profit what so ever.

Deceptive marketing practices. Don't fall for their "money back guarantee" and bait & switch practices.

I came across 7FigureDocs through some paid marketing they were doing. I was served with an ad for a money back guarantee if they didn't bring 30 new patients into my practice. They insisted on running a $49 voucher, which I told them from the beginning didn't mesh well with the high-end clientele our practice serves. Nonetheless, they ran the same ad for us as they do for other practices, without any modification to the copy or targeting and segmentation that was consistently requested. They would just repost the exact same ad every week (rather than let well performing ads run consistently). Aside from their "management" fees, we spent an additional $3k/month on Facebook advertising, and all we have to show for it is a few new low-cost patients and a negative return on investment.

Upon asking for them to terminate service for failing to meet their guarantee, they immediately charged me for an additional month of service, and followed up up with ways they could try and help moving forward. They refuse to honor the money back guarantee citing we weren't "eligible" for that promotion - despite the fact that we have documented proof it's that promotion that we clicked on to book our sales call, and it was repeated multiple times in our initial sales call.

We have since engaged with other marketing agencies, and it's immediately evident how unprofessional and frankly incapable 7FD is. The same bait & switch tactics they used to land us as clients is what they attempted to implement for us to land patients. I'd urge any other practice owners to steer clear of 7FigureDocs.

Over promised and under delivered

I've never done much advertising, so I decided to try a facebook marketing campaign with this company which represented that they had routine success using automation bringing approximately 60 "high-quality" leads a month with about 15 of them closing. It was a complete waste of my money (almost $5000). They over sold and under delivered. They said that they had what it take to get leads for a high ticket service. When they failed they said that it was too much to expect-- but they sold it. They said that they were going to use facebook to target the right demographic. Of the few people who actually didn't no-show no one could afford the service I was offering. Then they acted like I should have known that it should have taken more than the offer they were selling to get a high ticket customer. They suggested a Groupon-ish offer on
a cheaper service that was also a waste of time and money. Then they said I was in a competitive market-- but when they were selling their services the claimed to have success in competitive markets. Why would someone hire them unless they were in a competitive market? And WARNING-- make sure you state at the beginning that your are only in it for 30 days. They make is seem like it's month-to-month but they will hold you hostage to a failing campaign for an ADDITIONAL 30 days-- even before you can see if it gets any results. I guess I had been right all these years not to waste my money on facebook marketing. The problem is that they are not accountable or honest up front. They over promise, under deliver, and get paid either way. They win. You lose.

Dear Dina,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience with our company. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment or frustration you may have encountered during your Facebook marketing campaign.

We understand the importance of delivering on our promises, and we deeply regret that your expectations were not met. Our intention is to provide high-quality leads and exceptional service to all our clients, and we apologize if we fell short of your expectations in this instance.

We would like to address your concerns regarding the success of our automation process and targeting the right demographic. While we strive for positive outcomes, it is essential to acknowledge that each marketing campaign is unique, and results can vary based on several factors. We apologize if there was any miscommunication or unrealistic expectations set during our discussions.

Regarding the affordability of the service you were offering and the suggestion of a Groupon-like offer, we apologize if our recommendations did not align with your business objectives. Our aim is to assist our clients in achieving their goals, and we understand the importance of catering to their specific needs and target audience. At the end of the day, in any form of marketing, there is a strategy to attract and acquire new patients.

In regards to the duration of the campaign, we apologize for any confusion that may have arisen. We understand the frustration caused by the perceived lack of flexibility. We appreciate your feedback, and we will make sure to review our communication and ensure greater clarity about campaign durations and expectations in the future. Most marketing agencies will require 3, 6, 9, 12 month contracts in order to deliver on marketing campaigns that take time to optimize true results. We have done everything in our power as a marketing agency to reduce that duration, as we offer a month to month service with 30-days notice to cancel before the next upcoming billing date.

We genuinely value your feedback, and we want to make things right. We would appreciate the opportunity to further discuss your concerns and find a resolution that satisfies your expectations. Please reach out to our customer service department at support@7figuredocs.com so that we can address your concerns promptly and personally.

Dina, we do take full responsibility for the lack of your success, because from the beginning you were not comfortable nor on board with the strategies needed to bring patients in the door, in a tough NYC market. Moreso, we did bring a good amount of patients in the door, but you were also unwilling to use any sales strategies to convert patients. It’s not realistic to expect sales, with no sales process. We do host weekly sales training webinars for our clients, we hope to see you on the next one, as it’s free value. Head to www.7figuredocs.com/webinar.

Once again, we apologize for the negative experience you had and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We remain committed to our clients' success and will continue to strive for excellence in our services.

Sincerely,
7FigureDocs
