Today I visited 77 Diamonds in Switzerland, to pick up the engagement ring I had ordered.

I was greeted by Anamaria, and I almost feel compelled to share my experience, as it was a rare and genuinely positive encounter. From the very first moment, I felt truly seen, as in; she matched my energy in a nonchalant yet professional way, I felt listened to, and well taken care of. Anamaria was incredibly helpful and professional, not least when it came to all the practical paperwork that needed to be in order for my trip back to Copenhagen.

As I had very little time before my flight, she had already made sure in advance that as much as possible was prepared. She was also extremely solution-oriented when a minor issue arose, and the whole process was handled so efficiently that it almost only took the time I had to enjoy the cold water I had been offered.

What especially impressed me was Anamaria’s ability to find exactly the right balance. She asked relevant questions, had a good sense of humor so I could relax and not get nervous in the situation, while at the same time remaining very attentive to the fact that I was happy and satisfied with the ring – which I naturally am.

As an extra pleasant surprise, it later turned out that the ring had been appraised at a higher value than the amount I had paid, due to the increasing valuation of the combined elements that make up the ring. Naturally, that made the experience even more special.

A very strong recommendation from me. Many thanks to Anamaria for an extraordinary service experience and for making an already important moment even better.

Jeg besøgte i dag 77 Diamonds i Schweiz, for at afhente den forlovelsesring, jeg havde bestilt.

Jeg blev mødt af Anamaria, og jeg føler mig næsten nødsaget til at dele min oplevelse, da det var et sjældent positivt møde. Fra første øjeblik følte jeg mig virkelig set, mest ift. Hvordan hun matchede min energi på en ret nonchalant måde, følt mig reelt lyttet til og taget godt hånd om. Anamaria var utrolig hjælpsom og professionel, ikke mindst i forhold til alt det praktiske papirarbejde, der skulle være på plads i forbindelse med min rejse tilbage til København.

Da jeg havde meget kort tid inden mit fly, havde hun allerede på forhånd sørget for, at så meget som muligt var klargjort. Hun var samtidig enormt løsningsorienteret, da der opstod en mindre udfordring, og hele processen blev håndteret så effektivt, at det nærmest kun tog den tid, jeg nåede at nyde det kolde vand, jeg var blevet tilbudt.

Det, der især gjorde indtryk på mig, var Anamarias evne til at finde den helt rigtige balance. Hun stillede relevante spørgsmål, havde en god portion humor, så jeg kunne slappe af og ikke blive nervøs i situationen, samtidig med at hun hele tiden var meget opmærksom på, at jeg var glad og tilfreds med ringen – hvilket jeg naturligvis er.

Som en ekstra positiv overraskelse viste det sig efterfølgende, at ringen var blevet vurderet til en højere værdi end det beløb, jeg havde betalt, grundet den stigende vurdering af de samlede elementer, som udgør ringen. Det gjorde naturligvis oplevelsen endnu mere speciel.

En meget stor anbefaling herfra. Tusind tak til Anamaria for en ekstraordinær serviceoplevelse og for at gøre et allerede vigtigt øjeblik endnu bedre.

Worst experience so far. Ordered a ring in the month of April. June end, received an email to pick up. Followed up multiple times but didnt get any reply to pick up. After waited 2 weeks, Had to call and asked why they are not interested to handover my stuff. This is such a frustrating moment when the paid things weren't handed over after multiple emails and calls.

Never ever buy from 77diamonds.

I placed my order a little late, but after contacting customer service, Stefana did everything she could to ensure I received the ring just in time. Unfortunately, the ring was a little too big and the engraving wasn't perfect, so I contacted customer service and made an appointment in Zurich. Lorna was very friendly and eager to solve our problem. After the size adjustment and engraving correction, we are completely satisfied. Thank you very much!

I was initially worried about the service as my appointment time wasn't able to be fulfilled even though the website showed an available slot. However, once I spoke to the support team via WhatsApp the process was very smooth. They were able to provide information and answered all of my questions very quickly. The ring got delivered within the time period given and the communication throughout the process of the ring be delivered was amazing.
