They canceled my order because they…

They canceled my order because they didn’t like that I acquired and used a larger coupon reward. So they canceled my order I would not shop there anymore anyway because they are insanely high priced on their products and they are already Jacked up at least on average $5 higher than any other retailer and then get mad when you used a discount. Yeah not shopping this company and like a lot of these over priced “boutique” companies that offer no real price breaks or deals on their overly inflated products I wouldn’t recommend them I would buy any Loungefly from Mercari or Loungefly directly when they go on sale but these people have a flawed system and I wouldn’t buy anything from them again so you can keep you overpriced Loungefly

The worst ever!

The worst ever!! Save ur self the stress and time. Bn with them for a while and always had problems. They failed to collect the bins on so many occasions but still charged us claiming that the bins were not left out.. we asked for the proof that they came but no answers r given. We have full proof they hadnt come as we have surveillance. Tried leving them so much, gave cancellation notices in like 10 times since August 2019 but they still sending us invoices and refusing to collect the bins until we pay for the collections that never took place. They have sent us court notice. Cant wait to see them in the court!! Also overcharged on collections, hidden fees, and rude customer service. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
Btw 707 and ukwsl is the same company. So the review applies to both. Swapped us over without our knowledge.

707 also known as UKWSL do not use

707 also known as UKWSL, extremely poor company to deal with.
Over weight charge on every bin.
Our bin was removed as they changed supplier (most likely so they could make more money by using a cheaper supplier) our bin was not returned for over three weeks,
We were still invoiced the bin lifts even though there wasn’t a bin on site. Surprisingly we were also charged for the non existent bin being overweight which proves they are fabricating these charges!

When we originally signed up with 707 we were given a rolling month to month contract but now UKWSL state we are under contract to them until next year

I would not recommend this company at all.

Shocking!!!

Shocking..

707 Ltd changed their company name into UKWSL, so the following feedback applies to both
This company literally forced us into another year of contract with them after emailing them termination letter...Feels like they are desperate for business.
Would not recommend it to anyone.

worst company I ever dealt with

worst company I ever dealt with. Asked for proof of charges for overweight bins to be told they didn't have the information as the machine wasn't working! I have just cancelled our contract and they say they have never heard of any bad service complaint from me! Small print renew the contract for 12 months without asking! Do not touch with a bargepole!

Shocking

Still waiting for container delivery after 3 weeks. Assured every day that today is going to be the day of delivery only to be let down. I have weeks of rubbish mounting up now. Sorry I ever signed up to this company
