We had booked a luxury Umrah package with Etihad Travels, a subsidiary of 7-Continental Travel, and from start to finish the service was outstanding. Brother Ibrahim planned every detail meticulously and was always attentive, professional, and incredibly prompt in answering all of our questions.

Unfortunately, due to the war in the Middle East, we made the difficult decision not to travel. What truly showed their character was what happened next. Ibrahim and his associate Shahzad worked on our behalf to recover as much money as possible from the hotels and airlines. Throughout the process they were honest, transparent, and upfront with us at every stage.

It is easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but the real test is how a company supports its customers when plans change unexpectedly. Etihad Travels/7-Continents Travel handled a very stressful situation with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book Umrah or other travel arrangements with peace of mind. InshaAllah, we will certainly be travelling with them again.

Jordan was very helpful and supportive all through the period of buying my tickets and reassurance was the top notch because at some point I was thinking in my head that I have entered one chance. But Jordan reassured me and give me the confidence that all my details are safe. He did all he promised to do without prompting which really shows he is a reliable person. Very disappointing and misleading experience.

I was told by the agent (Nabila) that I had to book a one-leg transportation service in order to obtain an Umrah visa. Based on this, I paid for the service. However, I later found out that the visa had already been issued before the purchase, meaning this was NOT required at all.

This is completely misleading and not transparent.

The communication was unprofessional, and when I raised the issue, neither the agent nor the management provided proper support or a fair resolution. Despite their own terms allowing a full refund, they refused to refund me fully and only offered a partial amount without justification.

Be very careful dealing with this agency. Make sure you double-check everything, as the information provided is not always accurate.

I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
