I have bought a bag

I have bought a bag, which I already had in another color from the original retailer. The bag that came from 6pm was in a plastic bag, had no tags, no authentification card, It had scratches all over and was dirty inside, clearly someone has been wearing this bag already!! I remembered ordering a sweater long time ago from 6pm too via Amazon and I received a completely different sweater...I am never again buying anything from this company.

Wrong order sent, horrible return policy

I ordered a black and beige juicy couture handbag “Seas the day bowler satchel” , instead they sent me a blush pink bag that did not even come with the advertised decorative juicy couture chain. I’m not even bothering to return because they do not cover shipping costs and it’ll be at my inconvenience to return and pay for something that was their fault ! Now I have to try to see if I can resell this bag to someone else !!

I bought a $500 men blazer on sale for less. The packing was horrendous, I mean they had no regard for packing carefully this beautiful blazer, they ruined it. I received full of wrinkles. Literally they just made a ball of it and shove it in a plastic bag. Shame on you guys. Won't be shopping there anymore.

Zappos/6pm.com will screw you over...

LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE! I've always regarded the Zappos family very highly. But PLEASE be aware that if ANYTHING goes wrong during shipping (i.e. carrier damage/loss), you WILL be left empty handed, PERIOD. From their Terms of Use: “risk of loss and title for items purchased by you from Zappos/6pm.com pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier”.

This review is regarding my experience with 6pm.com order # 113-2471917-3725019 (Zappos.com LLC is dba 6pm.com). The package arrived damaged, in terrible shape and the shoes were missing. It was never left unattended.

I quickly discovered that they show no regard for the customer and are quick to make false accusations, disregarding all facts. Continually asking me to wrongfully file a police crime report for 'theft of property' that never occurred. Now they state they are "not able to respond to any further attempts to contact anyone". For an Amazon company, this is unbelievable.

I reached out to USPS and described the situation in detail. They told me what likely occurred is that the item fell out during transit due to the damaged package. They stated fallouts do occur and advised that Zappos must file an insurance claim directly with them.

-DIRECT QUOTES from Zappos/6pm.com with my responses they ignored-

[Ellie B.] "If you do report the theft of your item to police, [] we will be able to move forward."
You are implying that you will override your Terms of Use if I provide a police crime report that CANNOT be filed. The police do NOT handle carrier issues. Again, I received the package immediately upon delivery.

[Ellie B.] "We have reviewed our correspondence with you, and we did see that one of our team members said weight was confirmed at the time of delivery. While this is not technically correct"
While it's nice that you admit to at least one of your false statements, nothing has been done to rectify it and my refund is still being wrongfully withheld. When has a company issuing blatantly false statements been acceptably regarded as an insignificant oversight?

[6pm.com] "Our records indicate that the package was delivered to your address and once a package is delivered, the matter is no longer a carrier issue."
How exactly is shipping damage/loss during transit not considered a carrier issue?

[Ellie B.] "Our Terms of Use state that the “risk of loss and title for items purchased by you from 6pm.com pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.”"
(1.) Your Terms of Use are deceptively incongruent with your advertised core values: "That "more" is providing the very best customer service, customer experience, and company culture.". (2.) That's what carrier insurance is for.

This is so disheartening to me. I do not like being falsely accused. This experience is not in line with Zappos' "purpose", "to live and deliver WOW". Tony Hsieh would be ashamed!

WARNING- No Prepaid Labels!!

WARNING! If you are going to order from this company, keep in mind that if you want to return your order, you will have to pay for shipping yourself at the post office. 6pm DO NOT offer prepaid labels anymore. I didn't know this change in their return policy and ordered a $128.00 wool coat that it will cost me more than $20.00 to return!! Never again, they lost me as a customer...

Never had a problem with 6pm before

Never had a problem with 6pm before. Ordered an item which never came but was shown in tracking info to be at a warehouse near me. I called customer service which was obviously in the Philippines and got the run around 4 separate times about how my package was on the way. Finally, on the 4th call, they said they would refund my money. I was lied to on every occasion by these customer service people who were full of their canned apologies and incorrect information. Why not just tell the truth instead of lying about shipment and deliveries? This outsourcing to the Philippines is unfortunate and seems to have made a very negative impact on the quality of customer service. I’m done with 6pm

I purchased a Frye and Co

I purchased a Frye and Co. Bag through Amazon for prime day from 6pm with a deep discount. When I got it, it didn’t come with the strap. 6pm wouldn’t exchange it, “ I could look for a strap at a second hand store”. The lady at customer service was very sweet and tried everything she could, but it was out of her hands. Lesson learned.

Stealing my money

I recently spent $50 sending back a large order that either did not fit, or I didn't like how it looked on me. When I first called their "customer service" line, it was outsourced to India, and the guy told me the website says it can take 2 weeks for a refund. No where on the site did I find it can take two weeks. He then told me it may be because of the amount of the refund.
So I called back today, because it's been exactly two weeks, and now no one is answering the phones, and it just directs you to email them and hangs up! I emailed them last week with no response to my refund. At this point it seems like they're stealing my money. I'm never shopping with them again! And if I don't get my $ back this week, especially with no response from the company. I'm going to file legal proceedings!

Finally,,, reopened 6PM account.

Resolution: After several call requests, a supervisor reviewed my account investigation and it was finally reopened. I needed to be able to view my purchases & tracking info. Supervisor in U.S. managed the call perfectly. NOTE: shop with care and do your research before buying an item since customer pays for return shipping back to 6PM. Also, save your shipping receipt for reference to check on refund status. 6PM ought to accommodate by providing return labels and deduct an affordable amount from return total.6PM merchandise is authentic and discounted. It's the outlet for parent Zappos, the gold standard for outstanding online shopping!
Backstory:
I had purchased an item which showed as delivered to post office; but, I did not receive it from USPS after 9 days. I inquired to a 6pm agent if the item was returned to the shipper since it was not picked up from post office? The agent instantaneously put an investigation on file, said to wait a week for the results. Instead, the very next day 6pm restricted my account and said to file a police report against USPS, I refuse to take any such negative action against my post office. I did not ask 6pm for a refund or a replacement and simply wanted to know if it went back or not! I knew USPS has been slower due to increases in volume since COVID-19 and they may need more time to check around for it. After so many years purchasing from 6pm, this action on their part was preemptive and punitive. I did discuss the situation with a billing supervisor who agreed we would wait for USPS to check around the premises. Now I am locked out and cannot access my incoming orders! Called in and was told to write up an explanation to 6pm including a police report against USPS! Who files police reports for lost parcels against the Postal Service instead of requesting a search for the item? I am working with management to try to reinstate my account and will update this post with resolution.

Wrong size sent for infant jacket

Poor service. I ordered my infant a jacket for our upcoming trip (6-12 months), when received my package, I was sent a 0-3 month jacket. Called, and customer service said jacket was out of stock? Maybe I should've been aware of the out of stock, before wasting my time and theirs by sending me a jacket that doesn't even fit my child. So now I'm last minute without a jacket for my infant, and stuck dealing with their poor customer service.

I will never buy shoes from 6pm.com…

I will never buy shoes from 6pm.com ever again. They fit length wise but were not wide enough, so I had to send them back, already cost me $3.95 S&H when I ordered them, but to ship them back cost $10.90 at the post office. That’s a rip off! I am done with 6pm!

BUYER BEWARE

I read that 6pm sells only authentic and non defective items, but after my last purchase, I have to ask myself "REALLY"??? I own three pairs of Birkenstock sandals, one pair of Birkenstock clogs. Every pair is a size 38 and good fit. For reference, I am a US 7.5 So,when I saw a pair of Birkenstock boots on sale at 6pm, I jumped at it. I never would have ordered if I was unsure of the size because of their return policy that does NOT include free shipping. But after owning FOUR pairs I was very confident. It was even noted "true to size." WELL... either these Birks were tagged wrong, and or they are defective. This boot was ENORMOUS!! I I estimate at LEAST two sizes larger than stated. I could have worn two pairs of thick socks and they still would have been BIG!!!
Needless to say, I returned them at a cost of nearly $18.00 out of pocket!!! Not Happy!!!

Not received the package and no feedback after emailing

I placed order 114-2545472-9344229 with tracking number TBA106233139101 but I have NOT RECEIVED the shoes yet although the tracking number said it was delivered on August 4, 2020. So I emailed to customer service to informed them about the situation and asked for their feedback (as instructed on their site) but still got NO FEEDBACK. Don't know what to do next...
