Bill has once again helped me with the kindest and most patient customer service I have experienced anywhere online. I ordered fully custom pokemon this time and after around 10-12 mins of waiting, it was ready. Ive used their service so many times and will continue to do so, and cannot recommend them enough if your looking for any kind of pokemon for any game. As always prices were super cheap, and delivery was fast.

I ordered something at your page and something went wrong with the order. Thats ok, could happened but i know what i ordered i got the page open and your "trader" sent me the wrong snd i say "sorry thats the wrong one" and i told her MULTIPLE times that is not what i ordered. So next i want the pokemon i ordered i said to her. Then she said "thats what you ordered" and i said no its not. If something went wrong wirh the order ok but thats not my problem i know what i ordered and she wantet to tell me i dont click "customize" but it hast 1 or 2 custom things i set and she said i didnt customize. And at the and she said "let it ho this time". Like wtf is this service😂 i can say her name is viola and i dont tell you but now i will, my last order, the ditto it was also not korrekt but this one was not that important. I'm just saying.
Maybe you tell them to CHECK before trading.

Service is quick, easy, and reliable. I've used them for several games, and I won't take the risk of trying another service. They are easy to communicate with via Discord, respond quickly, and are happy to fix issues with my orders. Because you work with a real person, I've been able to delay my order fulfillment for several hours or even days after purchase, if for whatever reason life pulls me away.

The only negative is that their online shopping experience has a few annoying aspects, like items in your cart timing out (which forces you to re-customize certain purchases), being unable to edit items from the cart, and when you make a purchase, you don't get an order code number or email to track your purchases. These issues are just minor hassles and are greatly overshadowed by the rest of the positives.

It was actually legit. I would contact them instead of just waiting for an email however, but that’s me and I’m paranoid. A little constructive criticism for you though, I would type like you’re writing an email and not to just a friend. Like not using “pls”
