Avoid! I took my car to this garage to correct a fault on the piston jets and it came out completely unusable. Whilst the work was being carried out “coincidentally” there was a complete loss of power steering which the garage has taken no responsibility for and left me with a £4,500 bill and no car for 6 + weeks whilst JLR did a full diagnostic of the problem, they reported there was no faulty parts that could have caused this issue. I am now taking this case to the motor ombudsman and a solicitor. After this garage being highly recommended and using them for small works before i am so disappointed

Hello I recently had my jaguar pace serviced at les Potts Sunderland , I had checked reviews and. Been told how good there were. What a great place nothing is to much trouble Paula and les and the staff are so polite and friendly and helpful, prices are very. competitive if you need any help with your jaguar/ Land Rover / etc I would HIGHLY recommend them, p,murphy

Amazing!!!!! From the 1st phone call to getting my freelander2 back after 2 days just amazing service! Brilliant I can’t fault Les Potts, they gave quote for what was required which was reasonable in comparison to Range Rover dealer, Paula kept me informed from start to finish.

They even got the car to follow me home as I’m quite local.

Great service would definitely recommend.

Felt I was in good hands.

Booked my Freelander 2 in for a timing belt change, no fuss, was given a price straight away and brought the car in when agreed. Dealt with in the most friendly way. I will be bringing my car in for any future servicing and work.

Not good. I asked for a quote on crossmember replacement on a defender .
They never phoned back . Disgraceful unrespectful behaviour !
If u don’t like a job or can’t do it at least phone back and let the customer know!🤷‍♀️
I will not use this charlatan again !

I have had my car into Les Potts a few times now and I can honestly say they are the most helpful and friendly garage. I will always be looking to book my car in with them in the future. Paula and Elaine in reception are so welcoming and great at keeping you updated with the progress on your car. They recently saved me a couple of grand after discovering my car was covered under a recall and they aren't there to rip your eyeballs out like some places do! Having done lots of research in trying to find a good/honest/experienced and tidy mechanics work shop, to carry out emergency work on my, Land Rover Defender (Puma 2.2) I came across Les Potts, "wow what a stroke of luck." They were absolutely brilliant!
Here's why: The establishment was nice/clean and tidy. A good start.
Paula, on reception was VERY helpful and polite.
Spoke to Les, "this guy knows his stuff." Gave me confidence and good advice saving me money.
Dominic, who carried out much of the works, including the fitting of the Air Conditioning System, excellent work. Lots of work had to be done on my vehicle eg: Vehicle Diagnosis - Replace EGR valve - Full Service, plus loads of upgrades: Gearbox - Transfer box etc etc. All the above was carried out to an excellent standard. Not cheap but worth every penny. My only issue is that I wish I'd found Les Potts years ago, would have saved me lot's of headache's and money.
This is why they are my go to garage from now on!!!!!
So to, Les - Paula - Dominic - and all the mechanic's,
