You are always told to back up your important stuff
and that's what I thought I did.
What this company has not taken into account is that I have been without a PC for a few months.

Hopeless. Use something else
Hopeless. Even more unintuitive than DropBox, and that's saying something. Last time I tried to use it, there's no way to share any files. No information about why I can't share files. The layout has changed completely. Where are the large boxes with the options? Now there's just a listing down the left. Right mouseclick doesn't do anything. Tragic. There's no easy customer service email contact. Compared to Google Drive, it's pathetic.
Do they test this stuff?
