Hello Shaun, thank you for your feedback and question. The manual check is rare but can happen, if somehow a bunch of fraud detection alarms go of - either with us or e.g. PayPal or a Credit Card Comapny. But do not worry, that is normaly simply a false positive - something that can not be avoided to happen in rare unlucky occasions.
The check will be done by us as soon as our support is back in the office during the normal office hours and should be finished by now. If you have any more questions, you can simply contact our support.

ive read the bad reviews n fully understand their feelings for example the site advertises 50% off first month but doesnt state it is for the longer term contracts!! this tells me they are false advertising!!! i was just about to use them for a dune server til i read bout their obvious lies on the 50% discount1!!! wont be using or telling friends to use this heinous company!!!!

Hello Brent, thank you for helping us improve! We want to make the web interface as user-friendly as possible, but opinions sometimes differ on this.
During the ordering process, everyone can click together their own individual plan. As a rough guide: the longer the contract term, the bigger the discount we can offer. This also applies to the 50% discount on the first month for subscriptions with a minimum term of 3 months or more. This is always displayed directly when putting together the subscription.

Bad Communications and terrible customer service
I would avoid this company for hosting. Their processes are bad. I cancelled a server at the start of the month with the intention of downloading the world save before the service was over as we were still playing on it. Life happened and I forgot to download the world which was definitely my fault, but I asked customer service is there any way of getting the save. I was told no and that the server had been deleted.
I then checked my emails to see if I had any correspondence with any warnings of closure of the service and it was just when I cancelled at the start of the month. I then told them it would have been beneficial to have some kind of notice of deletion before it was carried out as a reminder. I said it would make me not want to use the service again.
I was then told by the staff that I was blaming them for my mistake and they quickly exited the chat. Before this I would have genuinely used the service for other games which was the point of why I said that about the reminded. But with the lack of communications, and the rude way I was treated by staff I would stay away and recommend others to do the same. Especially if you don't want your world save to be deleted with no warnings except a cancellation date.
