Apart from timely feedback from Bill my experience was horrible. I spent over $1K on a spry + that Malfunctioned from the start and they blamed me for it then I finally fixed it by replacing ANI clip and it seem to work but then it burned up on me whenever I took it to the beach I feel that this should have been repaired early on without me having to open up the drone especially since it wasn’t my fault to begin with I wasn’t even giving information on how to send it in for repairs even if I was going to have to incur the cost this is the most ridiculous and wasted endeavor I have had purchasing electronics I will never buy from 4K for less again

They had a hard to find product at an excellent price. They also handled the shipping mix up very professional and promptly. I will be ordering from here again.

Bought a drone for $1200 and it didnt work proberly i sent back emediately and i made purchase early last month and here i sit not contacted an no drone and no $1200 bucks....so guess with that you can decide lil easier how there support team works...(Never again)

Everything arrived as expected! No problems at all with the process.
The product quality is as expected form a Canon product. The bundle saved a lot of time for selecting filters and lenses that match. Very satisfied with quality of every item of the bundle. Would recommend it.

I purchased a Nikon P1000 camera with accessories through 4k4less. I had priced other online stores and found their merchandise was far less than others for the exact same thing! They have REAL people to talk if there's ever a question. I made a second purchase from them and am thrilled with their customer service. I most certainly will be purchasing from them in the future!

Hi. I bought a Sony HXR-NX100 from you in May. I like the camera, and I appreciate the extra goodies included in the packet, which seemed good reason to buy from you rather than from another vendor for $100 less but minus the extra stuff. I do have some reservations about giving you a high rating, though, as there were several bumps in the road. After I ordered it, I got an email asking me to call so someone there could go over the purchase. When I did, I was told specifically that the camera I needed was in stock, and the man I spoke to mentioned trying to get it to me "sooner" than the usual. All sounded good, but when I got no info on shipping and tracking after a couple of weeks I received a notice that the camera was on back order, and that "arrival"---not specific as to arrival at your end or at mine---was estimated to be within "5-7 business days". I had been told it was in stock. After another week or so I called you asking what was happening with it and what "arrival" meant, and spoke to another person who asked me 1. what I was using it for, and 2. if I needed European or US connectors. Your salesman and I had gone over both points on that earlier phone call, but I told this second person now what he asked. He did ship it then---though I'd received no notice of its having come into stock. When it came, all was there, but with two errors: I got TWO useless European-connector cords for the power supply--- but no American one. Luckily I already had an extra that works. And while I appreciate getting a shotgun mike, the one included has a mini stereo output plug, but the camera only has two XLR audio inputs, rendering the mike useless with this camera.
Because of the delivery problems and the mismatched pieces in the box, I can only give you a moderate rating, which is kinder than a lot of the reviews I've seen posted about you by buyers who also encountered problems, some similar to mine with you.
I have no wish to be tactless or over-critical, but it looks like mine hasn't been the only, or by any means the worst, experience people have had with you. If you could get your ordering and shipping act more together it would be good for you and for future buyers.

I was NOT disappointed! Shipping was quick and the product met my needs perfectly! I have shopped with them a couple of times since and will keep them in mind for future electronics needs purchases.

I ordered an Olympus TG-6 camera and opted in to the accessory bundle for not much more than the price of the camera alone on other sites. The lenses are not great, but it's nice having the charger and an extra battery to slip into the camera. I was very satisfied with the description, camera price, bundled accessories and the quick shipping. I would order again from this company.

I was interested in buying a camera package and through my research I had found the best deal from 4k4less. When I ordered it suggested calling them directly to expedite the shipping. I was going on vacation in 6 days from when I ordered and it came the day before I went on vacation. Everything was as expected. I took over 1000 pictures on my vacation. I believe I got a pretty good bundle deal with the Olympus Tough TG-6 camera that I purchased. Best camera I have had yet.
