Refurbished phone was in great condition.

The service was really, really good. My new phone was described as pristine, and I'd definitely agree. I've not found any blemishes, cracks, scratches or marks on it.

It was really swift delivery and I'd definitely use them again...although I'm hoping not for a while!

I bought a Samsung galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB and it came really quick. When I unboxed the phone it looked excellent, I had bought it in fair but the phone looked pristine. Charger provided, SIM ejector tool, came in very strong packaging, overall the phone looked pristine and I’d buy from 4gadgets any day.

Super experience from start to finish. Website is easy to use, prices are clear and competitive with no add ons at the final checkout. Large selection of items. Very fast dispatch with excellent communication about postage, location and delivery. Very well packaged in a sturdy box and the item was exactly as described. In fact, it was like new! A pleasure to deal with.

I selected the wrong colour they did not want to swap it they wanted to refund me. I atleast emailed them ten times to get my money back and had to go to my bank to get my money refunded. I believe they kept giving me false hope so they wouhave to give me the same deal I got off them or any other sellers Secondly they may hold your to make money off it. I can only imagine what type of customer service they would give if I would have gone ahead with the purchase.

I ordered a Galaxy S24 Ultra as a gift for my daughter.
When it arrived, it was in a used, creased, unsealed poly bag, in a used, scuffed and marked, unsealed box, with a loose sim pin inside. No paperwork at all, nothing stating what the contents actually were, not even a slip of paper stating how brilliant 4gadgets are.
This first impression was third rate, and a bit naff. It looked as if it had been packed in a hurry by a market trader, although that's doing market traders a disservice.
I'm aware that these days many companies are operating on small margins, but having spent £661 on the phone, I'd have happily spent another tenner if that had been the only way to get some premium packaging.
I just hope that the phone itself performs as expected.
The purchase was made via Amazon, but they wouldn't let me post this review as it 'didn't meet their guidlines'.

And importantly as well is the return policy which is quickly dealt with, my refund was issue instantly my item was received at your depot.

always bought phones from this retailer never had problem always good product at good price. Bit disapointed on this occasion as box was ripped and phone wasnt in packaging properly (looked like everything had just been thrown in box) phone was ok though so dont know what happened their end. Outer pacaging was fine.
