3 Wise Monkeys is a great site, works well for me and I'd definitely recommend it to others.
The website was easy to navigate, simple and clear, with enough choice of products, without overwhelm, the item was dispatched quickly, was as shown on the site and works very well. All communication was quick, effective and professional. The prices are also very reasonable. The whole experience was positive and everything kept straightforward. I searched the Web and found 3wisemonkeys. Their past reviews impressed me so I placed my order for a vintage record player with DAB radio cd and cassette. Order arrived as stated. Very easy to set up even for my technophobe hubby. This was a gift for hubby's 80th birthday. He was very pleased with it and I earned some browny points. Would definitely use 3wisemonkeys again.

First time purchasing
First time purchasing, ordered a cd player for my son and wasn’t sure when it would come but needed it before Christmas as it was a present for my son, contacted company via email and had a fast response. Very polite and helpful. Received item which was very well packaged. Will definitely be purchasing form 3wisemonkeys in the future.

Terrible after sales support!
Bought a Grouptronics GTDVD-181. Instructions were UTTERLY USELESS. Product hasn't worked properly since arrival.
After sales support NON-EXISTANT. Messages left and emails sent. None have been replied to.
Phone calls seldom answered.
Avoid this company is my advice.
